They were referred to me by a friend who used Pacific Carpet & Tile Cleaning before. I liked how the carpets came out then and I like how they came out now. David (the landlord) suggest me what the carpets needed and what levels of cleanup required. He did what he promised. The carpets certainly look refreshed and it took only 30-40 minutes to get a room of 100 square feet.

I had a low-wear microfiber couch. They had dirt on their arms. The couch just needed a little refreshment around it. I had their info from a friend, and they were great. The couch feels like new. Seriously. Costs were reasonable and very professional. They were ready to work on my schedule, too. I would certainly recommend Pacific Carpet & Tile Cleaning for any carpet or couch cleaning!

My husband and I just hired Pacific carpet cleaning and were very satisfied with the results they provided us. They were extremely professional and humble throughout our project. Their product didn't seep into our carpet or leave behind a nasty residue like some other previous companies. Pacific has been the only successful carpet cleaners we've used so far.
