TMP Cleaning Service

Tom and his crew did a great job after my basement was damaged from water. They responded quickly and helped prevent even further damage. I would highly recommend.

This company was fantastic to work with. We experienced blow back from our furnace and soot was throughout the house. We didn't know where to start, who to call.we were lucky that we picked this company (not really knowing anything about them), I was impressed with there website and all the services they offer, including fire restoration. They were very professional from start to finish and left our home much better than it was before the damage occurred. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them.

In June, 2 weeks after Covid lock down began. My water heater tank let go. Even though I was at home I was working on the 2nd floor and didn't know it until much damage was done. The plumber told me I needed to get a specialty cleaning company in due to the finished basement and my storage. I googled cleaning companies and started calling places. None answered until I called TMP Cleaning and Restoration of Wakefield.

The office manager named Sue answered the phone and things immediately started looking up. There was a crew at my house within 2 hours. In spite of lockdown! I couldn't believe how they took control and began ripping up carpets, getting rid of all water, cleaning etc. All the time Sue kept in touch with me ensuring I was ok and answering all my questions even helping with my insurance company. I only realized I didn't leave a review when I highly recommended TMP to a friend last week after a fire at their home. 5 stars for TMP!

My wife was having a horrible time with allergies and headaches and we suspected there may be an issue in the ceiling in the bedroom. I called TMP Cleaning & Restoration and they sent out a service tech to do moisture readings, which showed there was a moisture issue. They cleared out the room of all contents, set up containment and equipment before opening up the walls, they did in fact find the ceiling and walls covered with black mold.

They tore out all the sheet rock, insulation, carpet, carpet pad, and moldings, all which had mold hidden beneath, and made everything whole again after they remedied the mold issue. They helped me deal with the insurance claim and hire a public adjuster. I was glad I called them when I did and that they were so quick to respond, they are true professionals in their field.

I called TMP when we had a pipe break in the home destroying our finished basement. It was a Sunday and crews responded within an hour to my home. They were fantastic, - responsive, professional, and they walked us through the entire process when filing a claim with our home owners insurance. Not only did TMP handle the initial emergency water damage & drying procedure to keep the basement area free of mold, they handled the entire rebuild process start to finish. The place looks great I would recommend TMP without a second thought! They were there for our families needs when it counted most!

After a basement flood TMP was hired to clean up The office manager Sue was pleasant and sent someone out with in a day for an appraisal The crew was professional. efficent and hard working. My wall to wall carpeting looked brand new after they cleaned it and the mildew smell was gone I would recomend TMP with hesitation

Hired TMP after meeting the owner. supposedly a fireman with lots of experience dealing with fires and related cleanups. He promised he would take care of our most personal possessions. deodorize to remove smoke smell, clean to remove soot and pack up and store safely. We trusted him but were deceived. They did deodorize the items, but never cleaned them (many items still had soot on them) and certainly did not store them properly.

They put then in a standard storage unit that was not climate controlled. Boxes were crushed, contents were damaged.a desk had mold growing on it. Look at the bottom row of boxes. Check out the dirt on the blue tote. This was the condition of our most personal items after I year of storage with TMP. We called the owner several times to get an explanation, left several messages but never got a call back or explanation.

To add insult to injury, they overbilled or insurance, depleting what we could recover from our fire loss. Beware. we would never use them again and certainly wouldn't recommend them unless of course you like being lied to and taken advantage of.
