When I made this appointment, I was quoted a certain amount but never received an email confirmation at all, despite asking for one. When the technician arrived, he was 20 minutes late and quoted me twice the amount I was originally told and wouldn't accept that I was told a lower number. The customer service I received from a so called "Christian" company was completely unacceptable. I was very disappointed and will never be using them again nor recommending them to anyone else.
