Tom was friendly and did a quick, excellent job cleaning my bedroom carpet. Will definitely be using him for future projects!

Tom and his crew have been our carpet cleaners of choice for several years. They do a great job - dealing with stains from glycerin to wax and everyday dirt left by our three children. My experience for the past 5 years with Five Step Carpet Care and its owner Tom Fitch has always been excellent. He is always on time and if running a few minutes late, calls to let you know. How often do you get that consideration? As for the work, carpet looks amazingly clean. All spots are gone, high traffic areas look great. This is the kind of company you want to clean your carpets. Tom and his assistant go the extra mile: cleaning part of the carpet in the master bedroom they saw needed it at no extra charge! Five Sep Carpet is fantastic, the cleaning solution the company uses is "Green" so its safe for kids and pets. When they are done the carpets look fantastic, they have even gotten out spots that other cleaners couldn't make go away. All and All I would have to say these guys are honest and do a great job, I will defiantly hire them again.

Very pleased with Five step carpet care service. The guys introduced themselves, were pleasant and professional. The carpet looks great. They removed grime from several years of previous tenants!
