J&M Carpet

We recently worked with Shane at J & M Keystone and our experience was wonderful. Shane and his team; Michael and Steve were hired by the insurance company to do some repairs on our client's condo which had sustained water damage. They were very professional throughout the process and completed the job quicker than I expected. To that point, we ended up hiring them to do extra work inside the home. Overall, Shane and his team did a phenomenal job. We were very pleased with their workmanship and we will continue to us them in the future.

I had a flood in my Flood in my bathrooms in December. My insurance company recommended J and M Keystone. The process of getting the bathrooms dried out what is good but this was done by another company. The communication between myself and the people that did the work was not good. I had to leave the house for two months while the walls I put back up and the tile was put in the showers.

I had asked for white tile and was surprised when I came home and had beige tile. But there were no inserts in the walls of the shower where I could put shampoo and lotions. I had specifically requested this. there wasn't even a soap dish. I have asked him to put up a soap dish I've gotten no response. They use the tub that I had before which was fine because it was a good tub.

However now there is a crack in the bottom of the tub. I imagine when they put the toilet in the tub they cracked it. I have requested someone to come out and fill the crack. I don't want the tub to rest. Again no response. Part of the problem is that I have already paid them, they were also going to put a new vanity top in one of my bathrooms.

However when it got here, it was the wrong size. I asked them to just put the old vanity top back on. But I went two weeks without having water in my guestroom because the old vanity top had been removed. The people who did the work were very nice. but it's been almost 5 months. Not very accurate or reliable To many reps promising and telling one thing and not following through It seems to start out ok but it came to restoration they dropped the ball Still left with damaged bathroom walls and unfinished dry walls. Was forced to find some one else to finish the job The rep cut us loose Never returned our calls or messages. So unprofessional. Will load up pics soon

Having a leak in your house is never great but this company made it so much better! Easy to work with, work done in a timely fashion, & very professional. I cannot recommend this business enough. A special shout out to Perry for taking the time to make things just right & for going above & beyond! Thank you!

From start to finish this company was top notch. We were referred by our insurance company for a leak in our bathroom which turned into a complete bathroom remodel. We are extremely happy with the finished product. Shane explained everything clearly and set up a work schedule. He was honest and professional in communication and the project was completed on time as promised.

Both Chris Martin and Adon Pacheco were trustworthy, reliable, thorough in their work, and left the space clean every day. I have worked with a lot of general contracting companies and it's rare to find one that actually does what they say they are going to do. I highly recommend J & M Keystone and I will definitely use them again for any future home improvement projects.

We had a leaky pipe in the kitchen. J&M Keystone came to inspect the damages and within less than a week our kitchen was completely rebuild and functioning. The staff are friendly, professional, flexible, and punctual. They were approachable and answered all my questions and concerns. The jobs that we're completed included paint, drywall, and reinstallation of cabinets. Our kitchen looked even BETTER than before.

Very disappointed with this company. A family member of mine is a former employee and spoke highly of them. I called on Christmas Day so I obviously didn't expect a response. The next day, Megan the on call person called to get my details. I supplied them the info and they said that someone would be sent out the next day on Monday. I call into the company Monday to ask what time someone would come out. Heather answered the phone today and said they had no record of me even calling.

I mentioned Megan and Heather said that she was out sick and wasn't answering her phone. So, I gave everything to Heather and she said Miguel would come out between 10am and 11am the next day Tuesday. Tuesday comes and 1105am rolls around and nobody calls or shows. I call in and get Heather again. She says she will find out whats going on and call me back.

Somebody else calls and says there was confusion and they can't make it until 1pm. I tell them I'm not using your company if you mess up a simple quote appointment twice. I work graveyard shift and sleep in the afternoon, so my available day time is valuable to me. How can I trust your team with my project if I can't trust you with showing up for a quote?

Edmond Brasseur of J&M Keystone, INC was the site contract manager for a total gut and remodel of our kitchen. The project was well managed, the contract trades people were fabulous, and the project finished ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend J&M Keystone to anyone that is undergoing work on their home. I have gone through a kitchen remodel years ago with a different company - Edmond and Keystone made this project totally seamless and I absolutely love the outcome.

I had a leak in my home due to an upstairs neighbor, J&M Keystone came out right away and helped take care of the problem. Joe Navarro did a great job communicating with me and showed up everyday on time. Great company! After the dry out was complete the estimator Scott Knox came out, he was very diligent, thorough, friendly, and answered all of my questions. Everyone I have encountered has been great.

They don't show up on time they don't communicate at all either phone or email. Advised them I see mold and their reply was it was just "lumber mold". I didn't agree and hired a mold company to take samples. I was correct and the drywall J&M put up over the mold had to be removed. Two months later J&M sent a bill for the work they should of never done until mold remediation was done. Their bill for 5K doesn't even list the work they are billing for. Don't hire this company is my opinion.

Not customer oriented and my experience was a their way or the highway attitude along with an holyer than thou operations manager. from the not functioning mitigation equipment to no shows and late show ups, not a fun experience. when ready for kitchen replacement work order approval, i requested explanation and questions on some things. rather than explain, said they were too busy and to take my business elsewhere.! maybe? but i think they just dont like to be held accountable to do what they say and show up according to promised time. lots of choices out their and highly recommend anybody else

Not what I had hoped for. Hire someone else if you want more than a plain box built. Our insurance company suggested J & M Keystone so I went with them after a fire. Unfortunately, nothing like you see on HGTV. They didn't listen to me and at times talked down to me. I had to ask mutliple times for the same thing even when I gave specific information in writing.

They didn't supervise the subcontractors they hired so it was a lot of work for me. They weren't interested in making sure things work. Their favorite saying is "not in our scope" even if it was part of the damage.

Today J&M did there walk through job complete! The two employees that worked on my job were, Juan "drywall repair" and Jose "carpet installation". Both gentleman did an outstanding job! Professionalism, and Pride in there job shows. Both very respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thank you J&M for sending me the best! Your company is very lucky to have These two working for you. They both make your company the best it could be. Thank you!

Our neighbor's swimming pool overflowed for the third time and our house was a disaster! Within 12 hours of us calling J&M, they were at our home. Nick was the first to arrive with the huge fans and other machines that were needed to try to dry out our fourth bedroom and office. Our neighbor's pool had overflowed for the third time and it ended up that those two rooms were completely ruined.

The carpeting, flooring, walls, furniture, furnishings and fixtures were destroyed. We cannot even start to express our appreciation for J&M. There are just too many people who helped us. However, on a Sunday morning, Nick even brought out dozens of sand bags from their facility when it started storming. He made sure that there wasn't additional water coming into our home where it was already breached by the overflow of the pool.

During this time, Jeff, would come by on a daily basis to empty the water receptacles and make sure the walls were drying. Bill Brenner was an absolute expert in his field to make sure that our damages were notated and reported to our insurance company. In fact, Gordon Liu, from State Farm, was more than accommodating to us and our needs. He needed to update his particular forms and information once he received a few additional updates on the damages that hadn't been found initially.

If anyone ever has an unfortunate experience such as this, we hope you have State Farm (Shari Bowman) to help you. What an amazing company. J&M also hired the necessary subcontractors to help with the asbestos abatement and other issues. Gian, from J.W. Stephens was outstanding. One of the most appreciated things that we had happen was that Jeff Walker, the Executive Vice President of J&M was on hand to make sure that all of the issues and problems were resolved.

He answered our questions and went out of his way to make sure that we were taken care of. We have a remaining issue with the carpet and the installation but we know that Jeff will take care of those things too. If you have any flood, water, fire, or other damage to your home, we highly recommend you call J&M. They are more than professional and are available literally 24 hours a day.

Had J&M Keystone do a complete Kitchen Remodel recently that included: Demo'ing, setting up Containment, and installing Cabinets, Dry wall, Quartz Countertops, Backsplash, Floor Tiles and Clean-up. Can't say enough about how responsive, thorough and attention to detail all the employees, led by Supervisor Nick Ferrigno, were during the project. They all were very professional and each showed years of experience in their fields. I couldn't be happier with my new kitchen!
