Learned long ago that our carpets only get clean from steam cleaning. Gary uses a safe non-toxic cleaner which I liked that has no chemical smell. Rinsed it all away with my dirt and we truly are breathing easier once again. The price was worth it. Highly recommend for clean

Gary came out to my home in Mountain City to clean some carpeting and a couple 3 rugs. Had a troubled area where my old dog used to pee on once ir twice. Did a pet treatment of that, cleaned a chair and did a small patch in a room my dog ate at one time. Yup, answered the phone and made me an appointment for the next day. Very refreshing experience especially since my carpets were cleaned last time by a floor polisher. He used a big machine that was in his van and steam cleaned the rugs, very clean this time. Recommend 100%

True to his business's name, Gary performed a miracle cleaning the carpets in my mom's older home. He's funny, honest, and professional. We've never had our carpets cleaned before and we were so impressed with the results that we called him again to clean another section of the house before he left for TN. My mom was so happy with the results and so are we! Glad we were able to use his services here in CA. We highly recommend him!

In times of crisis, it is wonderful to have you Yelp reviewers providing guidance! Some background. Wife & I have fabric upholstered chairs for reading and watching TV. I spend a lot of time in my chair and, on occasion, fall asleep in my chair. Wednesday my wife thought my chair was beginning to smell a bit like body odor. So, she had a wonderful idea of spraying my chair with lavender scented air freshener!

Good news - no more body odor smell. Bad news - The strong smell of lavender chemicals could be sensed throughout the house. A classic case of going from bad to worse. By Thursday we were in full panic mode desperately needing to have our fabric chairs steam cleaned. We did not know of a recommended company, so I went to Yelp. And this is where you Yelp reviewers add so much to our shared world!

In San Diego there are enough companies performing steam cleaning to fill a phonebook. (Note to young Yelpers. Sorry, you have probably never seen a phonebook!). I conducted a Yelp search based upon "Highest Rated". I saw several highly rated companies but quickly focused upon Miracle Services Green Carpet Cleaning. I liked that Miracle is a veteran owned company and that owner Gary personally performs cleaning services.

I phoned Gary Thursday afternoon and left a voice mail. Gary returned my call within maybe 10 minutes. Gary overviewed his cleaning process which uses no harsh chemicals, only eco-friendly products. Gary outlined his schedule openings for the following week. I pounced upon his first opening which was for 1pm the following afternoon. Gary phoned late Friday morning saying he had finished his morning job early and could be at my home by 12:30pm, if that worked for me.

Hell yes, 30 minutes less time smelling lavender chemicals was greatly appreciated! Gary arrived and took stock of the situation. Our chairs sit on a custom tiled floor. Gary has experience with grout, was concerned for the high-quality tile and recommended we carry chairs to the garage for cleaning. I respected Gary's knowledge of both carpeted floors and tiled floors. Gary immediately started work.

He ran hoses from his well-equipped van into the garage. Gary's van outfitted with a compressor provided high pressure steam and eco-friendly cleaning solutions to remove oils from chairs (or carpets). An hour and a half later Gary knocked on door from garage. Gary reported successful job completion and walked me through the process and results.

What a relief - no body orders, chairs look new and lavender smell greatly reduced. Gary was kind enough to leave behind a small container of a chemical for final elimination of the lavender scent. When chairs dry from cleaning, we could mix chemical in a spray bottle with water. Then we can spray the chairs and eliminate lavender smell forever. Gary was kind to leave us the chemical as that eliminated need for a follow-up service visit.

In summary, Miracle Services is a veteran owned business providing top quality steam cleaning services at very reasonable prices. Please call Gary next time you need steam cleaning services!

If you need somebody to fix a carpet problem (tear, worn spot, bleach spot, dog damage, etc.) Gary Mac Kay is your guy. Replaced a tread on my stairs where the dog had eaten a large piece of it. Inexpensive and very detail oriented. Did a fantastic job. And he's a nice guy. Navy vet.

Excellent service on my 3 bedroom house with many red/orange juice stains. Gary is great to work with- honest, fast, reasonably priced, good work done on our carpets. He is the second carpet cleaning service I've hired since coming to San Diego, and I don't think I'd hire anyone else. I'll definitely be coming back to him for my next carpet cleaning.

Gary did a fantastic job with both our tile and upholstery at a price I would call more than reasonable. He was here when he promised, spent more time on the job than I would have imagined to get it perfect and then charged what I was quoted (actually, made a couple of nice recommendations to reduce the price without affecting the quality of the work). Would highly, highly recommend and will use Miracle Services and Gary always in the future!

Awesome! They were on time, wonderful people, great price, would give them 6 stars if I could. Explained the whole process and carpet looks great. No need to shop around I did and they are the best! Once again they were awesome. I didn't even compare prices just told them to come out and their pricing was incredible. Don't call anyone else this is our second year and we won't leave them Just had Gary over again and what a great job! Awesome pricing and very thorough.

You can't go wrong using Well it's that time of year again so called Gary to come and clean the carpets. Put some pressure on him as my wife had to leave for a lunch appointment. As usual Gary came through! Excellent work and a great price and a super nice person to work with. You can't go wrong with Gary!

Gary just left our house and I am glad to give Miracle Services a great review. They were prompt, arrived just before the appointed time. They were quick, cleaning our carpets seemed to take less time than other outfits we've had here. They courteous and professional, both crew members were friendly and all about getting the job done. They were thorough, the carpets look almost brand new - and they were pretty messy. They are cost-effective! I recommend them without reservation.

Miracle Services do a fantastic cleaning job, are very reasonably priced and leave the carpet dryer than any other service I've had. There is no pricing scam like almost all others, their prices are reasonable, and they are true experts when it comes to your carpet. I highly recommend them for their quality, reliability, honesty, and integrity. One of the few businesses nowadays where you get your money's worth. An overall great experience!

Just called him today for our second cleaning. You don't think much about carpet cleaning until you have someone either really bad, or really good. These are the good guys. They cleaned our carpets when we bought our house four years ago, and did such an incredible job that I have handed their name out to all of my friends. I can't believe it has been four years.

We should have had them back sooner. I can't wait for fresh carpets again. No unexpected fees, no residue, no residual stains, and they go above and beyond to get it DRY!

This was the easiest and best five stars I think I have ever given. Trust me if you use Gary, you won't be disappointed. You get what you pay for and in this case, I got the BEST carpet cleaning I have ever had. Gary is so knowledgable and goes above and beyond. I simply won't use another cleaner ever. All included: he used a scrubber first to get a more thorough cleaning (something I have never seen before) - and spent extra time on those areas that bugged me without me even having to point it out.

He told me the type and expected wear of my carpet, had a tech with him to help. He even used a fan to dry my carpets before leaving and worked above and beyond anything I have seen in this industry before. There was no upselling me, just the best of everything! He was also a very likable person and I am a lifetime customer. This was a steller and exceptional experience. I had him stay to do my grout I was so impressed!

Some potential customer canceled on Gary's service call at the last minute and his/her loss was my gain - I got nearly instant service as soon as I called within the hour. We got some backed up water from a toilet bowl, and though it wasn't tainted, we still wanted to have the carpet cleaned asap. Gary came through immediately and did a stellar job. Best customer service experience I remember having in a long while. Gary was knowledgeable, prompt, and when I expressed concerns about exposing our toddler to cleaning chemicals he volunteered to read the ingredients of the solution to me. He is exceptionally meticulous. The pricing was reasonable. Added bonus of dad-jokes. Upholstery cleaning was excellent, too.

If you want a detailed job, he is the man for the job! Attention to detail, good honest price. We have used Miracle Clean for over 5 years and does a complete job. He is on time, professional and makes the house so clean! Will use again and I recommend him!

If I could give 10 stars I would! I bought a house with older berber carpet, it didn't seem in too bad of shape.but Gary worked his magic and the carpet looks brand new.the customer service was phenomenal, everything went so smoothly. Had Gary out today for my third carpet cleaning with Miracle Services. Haven't used anyone else since first discovering his company. It's simple- green cleaning, great customer service, beautiful results every time, amazing pricing, and a nice guy with great personality. Several carpet companies saw my carpet problem as impossible, however, once I texted Gary, it was saving grace that he said fixing a bleached stain was doable. I am happy with the service and professional advice given by Gary! He was on time and assessed my carpet damage with the best solutions based on my situation. Very thorough. Explained things to us we did not know to help us with our move out process with military housing. Job was well done and finished in a sensible amount of time. We received a discount since our footage was not the standard(a higher) footage. Also was able to use a military discount. We also had 2 repairs done free as listed online. Most of all it was a smooth process and we felt great giving back to a fellow veteran. We walked out with ZERO charges for our carpet! Money well spent!

After my kitchen was renovated, the tiles and the grout was so dirty that I can see several of the tiles were chipped. Gary did such a great job. I can hardly see where the chips were unless I really look. I will be using Gary for all of my future tile and grout cleaning.

We tried so many over the years and contracting another service has always been a gambling loss. We were quite surprised this time when Gary came over and did his magic. This one was truly a pleasure plus the carpets were left dry except for a few real dirty areas that he got clean but were dry shortly after he left. Nothing feels better than soft clean carpets instead of hard carpets that take a day even 2 to dry. We will use him again!
