We phoned her at the last minute to do a service for our clients move in, and without hesitation, she made it happen. She always follows up to see if the clients are happy and she goes above and beyond! Her lovely team cleans their homes weekly and they are always thrilled! No need to search any further for another cleaning service. MasterCare is the BEST!

Horrible experience. Marvin is especially unscrupulous. They charged me almost twice the estimate, and when I complained, they claimed it was because I had a "large studio." As the person who lived in that studio, I find it laughable it could be considered "large" in any way. They didn't even clean the patio because it was covered in ash from the wildfire.

The crew that came to my house were friendly, quick and paid attention to detail. My house was incredibly clean. I highly recommend using this service.
