Excellent personable owner. Works hard to fulfill commitments to customers and takes good care of employees who work hard for her customers.

We've used bedknobs and broomstick for several years. We have never had a bad experience. They're staff is friendly, courteous and professional. They do a thorough cleaning and we've always been very happy with their work. We had Tessa and Sarah today and they did an excellent job! I don't think you could find a better cleaning company so give them a try!

My home has been cleaned by the employees of B&B for over 17 years. I cannot imagine using any other service. Prices are reasonable and everyone is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

They have helped my house get through little kid birthday parties, living through crafts and Girl Scout meetings, to stepping around boxes of dorm room stuff my kids brought home. B&B is professional and kind and non-judgmental no matter what state my house is in and always leave it cleaner, better, fresher and with me having more time to enjoy life. They do not move anything, so your easy chair stays there why they vacuum, dust around whatever is on your stands, ceiling fan not dusted. whole idea of a deep clean is to have that stuff done. There were dirt spots on the "mopped floor" many things covered with dust still in a bathroom we just remodeled. The did not dust the pellet stove in the middle of a small living room kitchen area.

I was not impressed. Update: The owner called and reimburse part of the fee. She was very professional and apologetic. Based on that and her offer to send her crew back we are rating them higher.

3 years now I've had the team from Bedknobs and Broomsticks take care of my home and couldn't be happier with the results they deliver. Wonderful people, great work and if you need something specific, they are happy to take care of it. If you're looking for a service, this is one you'll be happy you connected with.

I have used other maid services in the Vancouver prior to Bedknobs & Broomsticks but I will never go back. These girls know how to do their job. I love coming home to a clean house and that clean house smell - nothing better. Thank you Lani & your girls for taking care of my home.
