All Hands On Deck! - We start by doing the initial/detail cleaning. Our initial/detail cleaning consists of cleaning everything in your home or office top to bottom and side to side, including main windows (interior only), and with in our reach. We sanitize bathroom(s) and deep clean all other rooms, including our favorite living space, the kitchen!
When the crew arrives, please show them your home, and give them any special instructions you might have; such as time limits discussed prior to the appointment, special attention to a certain area, or fragile items that need special care. Keep in mind that we do not know your home the way you do. The more details you share with us, the better we get to know your home, and meet your expectations. No home, or homeowner is the same. Our crew's work from the back of the home/office, towards the front of the home/office.

I hired YB cleaning service company just last week to clean 1,500 Sq. Ft. home, they send out 4 people to clean small house. I never experienced 4 peoples to clean small home. This cleaning company did such a bad cleaning I need to hire a different cleaning company to clean again. In the shower, soap scums and shower head in same condition as before, they din't clean at all, kitchen grease in the wall haven't clean its still there, inside of the cabinet isn't cleaned out etc.
I am in real estate business for 30 years, of course I hired many cleaning company to clean clients home, They change time to arrive several times on me and I think they when out to Home Deport to find people to use for cleaning. They charged me more then they quote it to me. I do not recommend this company to any body to clean anything, you're better off to go to Home Deport yourself to find people.

Have been using YB cleaning services for the last 6months or so. Always prompt, great communication on scheduling, and they do a lovely job! I was surprised one day when I got home and they had actually cleaned the furniture on one of my bedroom balconies! It was a wonderful and appreciated surprise! I will continue to use this service and recommend to friends as well.

I started using this service once a month about a year ago. The first crew they sent me had a member that was habitually rude and ultimately was responsible for the theft of a bike. I couldn't directly prove it so after I brought it up to the company, they sent a new cleaning crew without any prior notice that knew nothing about the layout of my place nor our needs.
The new crew broke a lamp and put a dent in our high end refrigerator which prompted me to stop using them. The problems don't end there. The office staff was habitually rude to me. I had asked that they send me a reminder on the week they were going to arrive. They often forgot to do this, but at one point, out of spite after I complained, I received a reminder at 4am in the morning.
Also I had continuously specified to them that the crew needed to arrive after three yet the crew would continuously show up earlier and the office staff would continue to send them at earlier times. When I finally tried to get the owner on the line I was given the runaround and I don't think I ever got to actually speak to her. The actual cleaning was okay, but felt rushed and somewhat sloppy.
I would not use this service if you want to get your place cleaned without frustration, without the fear of theft or damage of your property, and just an overall feeling of confidence in the service you pay for. If you are considering this service, I would move on!

They did a good job, but were slow. I clean the house by myself in 3 hours, but it took them 4 hours and they rushed through at the end. I had a Groupon, but am still going to have to pay another $22.25 for the extra time. Not a particularly good deal, but they did a good job. They just need to be a little more efficient.

They worked very hard and everything was clean and spotless when they left. However, about a month later, I noticed damage to the lower/right frame on a large painting hung in our spare bathroom. We rarely use this bathroom and no one had been in this room since the cleaning. I then remembered hearing a loud crash when they were cleaning this room, but didn't see the damage at the time nor did the cleaners mention any damage.
Perhaps they didn't notice it, but they did take out the trash and it appeared that the damage caused about an inch of frame to break off. One would think they would have seen this and figured out what had occurred. I contacted the company regarding this issue and how we could resolve it. After a number of weeks (and emails), they said they spoke with the cleaners who both denied any damage occurred.
As such, they said they were not responsible. Obviously, stuff happens. So, the damage itself was a small factor here. I would have preferred to have the cleaning crew tell me about it when it happened. Also, if they had saved the chipped off piece, we might have been able to just glue it back on. Since the chipped area is small (about 3/4" by 1/4") I wouldn't think it would cost too much to have it repaired. So, if the company had stepped up and offered to fix or reimburse the damage I would have used them again myself and recommended them to others.
In fact, I thought this issue would be easily resolved and thus we purchased another Angie's coupon to use them again. However, as the company continues to refuse to take any responsibility for the problem - or even respond to us - I would now be very hesitant to use them in future and have asked for and received a refund on the second coupon from Angies. I also can not recommend them based on my experience.

I bought this deal on Groupon because the house just needed some attention that I didn't have the time to give to it. So I figured why not try a cleaning service. They arrived on time, came in with a professional attitude and the place is starting to look amazing! Thank you SO much for the time, effort, and attention to detail. I was in the house the whole time too working and they really stayed on task. I appreciate that! I will use again for sure!

Got the Groupon today for 4 hours of cleaning. I have called 9 times in the past couple hours and left a voicemail. crickets. Hopefully they call me back and do an immaculate job on cleaning my apartment so I can update this review. Update: They did very well for the allotted time they had, which were 4 man hours. So two hours total since there were two people.
I told them I needed one room "move in ready" for my new roommate and it looks great. Bathroom is squeaky clean. They dusted the blinds and closet and vents. Also vacuumed my couch, which are small details I appreciate. The only thing I would complain about are the floors. They were swept and I saw they were wet at one point, but now that they're dry there are still spots on the wood.
Then again they only had two hours and I didn't want to pay for extra time. I'm sure if they had another hour or two I wouldn't have anything to complain about!

I just moved in to a house where the previous owners had lived for 33 years. It might have been that long since they cleaned the kitchen. There was just a coating of grease every where. The bathroom wasn't much better. And one of the bedrooms had some spiderwebs in the corner. I wanted to have everything cleaned before I even moved any of my stuff in there.
I actually found a handful of industrial cleaning services on Angie's List, but what got me to go with yb Cleaning was their flexible hours and more importantly, they were the only ones to call me after I made an e-mail inquiry. I guess I wasn't worth the time for the other cleaning services. YB Cleaning had an Angie's List special of $99 for four man-hours, which translated to two hours for a 2-person crew.
I had a feeling it was going to take longer than two hours to tackle this cleaning job, and I let the office know I was willing to pay more to keep the crew on the clock until the job was done. When the crew arrived there had been a miscommunication somewhere and they had a work order that only authorized them for two hours, and then they had other jobs booked after that.
I immediately called the office, explained the situation, and they got everything straightened out. Good thing, because the crew ended up spending almost four hours to get everything in shape. Before the crew came I didn't want to touch anything, but now I'll walk around barefoot without giving it a second thought.

While they are very friendly it ends there. The cleaning itself is mediocre, sometimes even leaving mold in the shower. Pretend to have "forgotten" rooms on several cleanings. Usually my teen sons bathroom which I'm sure isn't fun to clean, but it is what I pay for. Lots of damage.always in a hurry and are not careful with my things, have had lots of scratches and gouges in furniture. Not worth the price for sure.
