I've used them in the past and they included replacement of loose tiles in the roofing cleaning. Expecting the same service this year, we hired them again, but were told they were too busy to provide that service. Gave us the name of someone who could help. While the roof was cleaned well we were a little disappointed we didn't get the same value as prior years.
