I started down the google hole early one morning as I walked by my drapes in the living room & smelled that disgusting pet urine smell once again on my drapes. I was fed up. I found PetPeePee and watched a few of their videos & read their reviews & thought what the heck, let me text them. I got an almost immediate response back, sent some pictures & then picked up the phone to speak with Martin.

He assured me, he could get rid of the smell but maybe not the stain from the chemicals I had unsuccessfully already tried to remove the smell with. He said if I got the drapes in the mail that day he would do everything in his power to get them back to me before Christmas, which was 10 days away. Martin was able to turn those drapes around & get them to me on Christmas Eve & there was absolutely no urine smell!

It was a Christmas miracle (lol) and he was even able to remove my stain. To say I am pleased is an understatement, it was a pure pleasure to do business with someone who actually did what they said they were going to do and in a timely manner. Custom drapes are expensive & take a while to make so the fact that I was able to save these was well worth the extra cost of having to ship the drapes out of state. I highly recommend PetPeePee to remove that smell when you just can't stand it anymore. I wish I would have done it sooner.

Runner has never looked this good in the 11 years I have owned it. Smelled so badly prior to treatment that I could not keep it in the house. Since receiving back cleaned, it is on proud display again in my home. Can't recommend this service highly enough. Martin is amazing at what he does. He guaranteed all pet odors would be removed 100% from my couch pillows, and he delivered on his promise. This was AFTER paying a "professional" steam cleaner to clean my couch. Smell was still there. But Martin got rid of it all. He truly loves his craft. You will not be disappointed!

Absolutely amazing service! My poor doggie got frightened by a thunderstorm and had an accident on our beautiful Persian silk prayer rug. This was such a great experience and easy process. I contacted Meir and I had a shipping label in minutes to send out our soiled drapery for cleaning. We have custom drapes with a damask pattern and matching tassels, very unique and complicated to clean. Cat urine wasn't coming out. Sent out on Friday received them back in about a week.
