I selected this company based on the positive reviews and was not disappointed. Appointment window was 2-4 and by 1:30 I got a text that they were on the way. Very professional and personable and wanted to make sure we were satisfied. I had 4 rooms cleaned and a few patches of carpet repaired. Very worth the cost which was highly inexpensive. They took their time and was in no rush. The cleaning and repair was close to two hours. I definitely recommend and will be using them again! :

I Highly Recommend Snyder's Carpet Care to Everyone! I reached out in the wee hours of the night. Stating I had company coming in for the wknd and needed service 911! They responded instantly and came out the next afternoon! They had a special for 3 rooms. This carpet was Nasty and they did and exceptional job! I was so happy I could literally! Thanks Snyder 's!

I contacted Snyder's Carpet Care to schedule an appointment to get my carpet cleaned. An appointment was set, and I received a couple of reminders before cleaning day, which was great. On the day of cleaning, the team arrived on time, they were professional, and my carpet was super clean at the end of it all. I am really pleased with the outcome.

Very pleased with the results with Snyders Carpet Care! They were very good at communicating the process. They got right to work and did a Very thorough job. They also cleaned the tile and grout in our master bathroom and it looks better than it did when we moved into the house. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or work with them again.

The Snyder team did an excellent job with cleaning the carpet on my stairs and bedroom. They provided an accurate estimate and cleaned out the pet stains in my carpet. Amazing service, they don't just steam clean your carpet. They literally pre treat all carpet, not just the bad stained areas. They have different attachments for stubborn stains and they made my carpet look brand new. They are my only carpet cleaning company from now on. This company is, by far, the best carpet care group I have ever used. I had a tough stain of grand daughter poop in a 2'x 2' area that went through their regular carpet cleaning onslaught. Looked good when they left but stain wicked back up from down deep. They came back and did their magic on it and now looks awesome. They are competitively priced and very professional. They will always be my carpet, tile and rug care professionals.

I found Snyder Carpet Care on an Instagram ad, put my information in and they contacted me immediately. I originally had a date set for them to come out to do 3 rooms at my elderly fathers home but I had to reschedule. When I reached out to inform them of the change they were very understanding and immediately scheduled me for a new date and time.
On the day of the service they arrived on time and did an OUTSTANDING job in all the rooms. They were very professional & personable. I already told my fathers next door neighbor about their services and will definitely call them again and again!

My mom had an appointment to have her carpets cleaned and when Christine arrived, she immediately told my mom cleaning would not help and she needed new carpet (told in a very professional and nice way and the carpet WAS in bad shape!) My mom said she really didn't want carpet but couldn't afford anything else, to which Christine replied that she had friends in the flooring business and let her see what she could do.

The carpet cleaning was fantastic & the customer service was amazing! Of course the next morning my daughter spilled a huge glass of orange juice right in the middle of the carpet. I had Snyder's Carpet Care come out to do the carpeting in a house we were renting and leaving after two years. They did a MAGNIFICENT job!! They arrived on time and scouted the house taking note of stain issues I was concerned about, then began bringing in their equipment. They pre-treated the carpets and then began a very thorough cleaning. When they completed the carpets I was given specific instructions on how best to dry the carpets, timing, AC settings, everything I needed to know and all questions answered. You will be happy with the results from this fantastic, dedicated, and professional company!
