After many years of previous house cleaning experience, Ms. Anderson recognized the need for a different kind of house cleaning service; one that combined higher quality cleaning, improved customer service, higher pay for cleaners, and the usage of non-toxic cleaning products. As demand for their services grew, their cleaning area expanded to the M Streets, Lakewood and Lake Highlands and the business name became simply, "Mess Masters".

You can go ahead and schedule your first cleaning, or you can schedule a free, in home consultation in which a Mess Masters professional will visit with you and take notes about your specific cleanings needs. We have been using Mess Masters forever! We lost count but think it has been about 10 years. Sara, the business owner is a pleasure to work with. The lady who cleans for us is very thorough and our house always looks amazing when she is finished. They have been very flexible with us during home remodeling projects and let us move our cleanings around. Sara herself even came and cleaned all day alongside one of her helpers after we had our wood floors refinished.
I also love that they use eco friendly supplies that leave our home smelling fresh and clean and not a fake overpowering cleaning agent smell. I would definitely recommend Mess Masters! They make life so much easier! Thanks Sara!

I have been using Mess Masters for about 2.5 years now, and I absolutely love them. I was a little skeptical about hiring a service due to my parents' negative experience with a cleaning service (in Florida, so not anywhere around here), but Sara (the business owner) and Kelly (the office manager) really put me at ease. The first thing to note here is that while MM is a service, the same person cleans your home time after time. We've had the same person for all 2.5 years.
I think this is especially important because it allows you to build a relationship with that person, and it also adds accountability. I absolutely love my person- she is thorough, kind and friendly, and I trust her with my home, belongings, and valuables. My house is always sparkling after a cleaning. The second thing to note is that MM provides ALL of the cleaning supplies (except for a mop/swiffer-type thing, toilet brushes, vacuum - things no one wants to share). That's actually the main reason I initially hired them - I didn't want to go to Target with a long list of cleaning supplies, and I didn't want to have to think about cleaning supplies if I was hiring someone else to worry about it.
And now I don't. Sara, the business owner, really cares about her company and is very involved with operations. She emails occasionally to check in with me, she has visited my home herself to give estimates (so I've met her in person), and she herself did my move-out clean (I think that especially shows how committed she is to her business). Kelly is wonderful too - she too has visited my home and is quick to answer emails. I could not be happier with Mess Masters. I wouldn't consider any other company, even for a competitive price.

We moved here from another state in May 2012 and needed a deep cleaning for our new rental home prior to us and our movers arriving in Dallas. There were a lot of logistical issues with the move (chaos!) and Mess Masters owner, Sara went above and beyond to help us arrive to a nice clean home. For instance, she picked up the house key at our Realtor's office and went in and took photos of the house so that we would have proof of the condition the home was in when it was leased to us (so we could get our rental deposit back later) She put the photos on a CD and gave them to us.
Her cleaners did a phenomenal job of cleaning our house and everything went without a hitch. Sara was there to meet us when we arrived in Dallas to give us our keys and to receive payment for the cleaning. I was very pleased with their services and decided to have them come regularly to clean our home. I also love that they use all natural cleaning products!

I started using Mess Masters a couple of years ago, and I wish I'd started ten years ago. I was very resistant to having someone clean my house for several reasons. First, I feel guilty having someone else clean my house even if I am paying them. I feel this way about other services, too, like pedicures. It also makes me feel weird to have someone I don't know in my house. Finally, I didn't like paying someone to do something for me that I could easily do myself.
It felt wasteful. EVEN THOUGH I AM LAZY AND NOT GOOD AT CLEANING. Mess Masters is owned by Sara. She came to our house and gave an estimate and explained how everything would work. They use natural, eco-safe products and require you to provide some of the supplies. They have several different options for cleaning. It's not cheap, but I don't think it's expensive either.
The price depends on how often you clean and how big your house is. Also, they do one deep clean the first time since you probably don't clean as well as they do. I have never lived in a place as clean as my house after Maria cleans it. Maria is the best, and she is also very nice. She does little extra things sometimes and surprises us. This just makes me happy.
I still feel guilty, but the guilt is less when I walk around my hard wood floors and I don't have pieces of dirt sticking to my feet. The floors are so clean they squeak! I love Mess Masters; they are very easy to work with and do a fantastic job. Unfortunately, Mess Masters does not currently clean north of 635 or in high rise buildings. You might want to move so you can use them!
