It was my first time using their deep cleaning services, and I'd like to say it was fantastic. People who are highly recommended, trustworthy, and genuine, and who also listen to your needs. Keep it up, and best wishes to the entire team.

First off I was very hesitant on hiring a cleaning service due to me being a independent cleaner myself. But my husband and I were in a major accident in May 2020 and I had major surgery August 3rd. Im unable to do anything around the house and thought I would feel better having my house cleaned. I believe this company is not organized at all, I called the company to get a qoute and told the girl exactly what I wanted.

Then a manager called me and asked more questions and I explained I wanted living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms deeped cleaned other rooms basic clean and she said that is what I will be qouted on. The quote mentioned there would be two teams out to knock it, then told there would be 3 girls out and only 2 girls showed up. The girls that came in were very nice and they fixed a few things I asked.

Now when they left I half looked around and said it looked fine. I made my husband look around more and there was so much that was missed. I called to get a price and explained to the manager that there was stuff that was missed and I'm not paying 300$ for a half ass job. Now the manager was very unprofessional and extremely rude telling me that "people that call and complain just want a discount, no offense " also she stated i was not quoted for a deep clean because that would have taken alot longer.

She asked for me to send pictures and she would go from there. All I wanted was my house cleaned so I didn't have to worry about it. I did receive a half off discount but was not offered for another team to come in and fix what they missed. I do not recommend this company!

For the first year or so, these guys were good, and trustworthy. Then. came a change in management. The quality of cleaning dropped off, and gentle suggestions left in notes were answered angerly. I was set up for every other week, and when they missed a week they said it was "because the month had five weeks, and there scheduling software had me for the next week".

When I said how come they didn't let me know, the person hung up on me. When this happened the second time, I tried to talk to someone, but the person who answered the phone was rude and abrupt, and guess what? She hung up on me again. There is no number for an owner, or anyone else to talk with, either. So they can't even get feedback about what is wrong.

I am only giving this company 1 star because I HAVE to! Now that management has changed this place is an absolute nightmare! They don't show up when they say they will. They only clean portions of your house. They are VERY rude on the phone. Do NOT return calls. I would NEVER recommend this company!
