We hired Everette to stretch our carpet as well as clean our carpets at our new house. They did a great job and highly recommend.

We had Jamal come out to repair some water damaged carpet and pad, and clean the area. Extremely pleasant group to work with, and very satisfied with their service. Would recommend to anyone looking to have their carpets stretched. Jamal and Quincy made quick work of carpet I was ready to replace thinking it was beyond repair. Like many other reviewers, I was in a pinch looking for quick work on a home about to be listed and they came within a matter of days and got the job done right the first. Received a quote from K&K Flooring and they want twice as much for the same scope of work (so those saying Everette is pricing must not be shopping around!)

I hesitated writing this review. I wanted to use Everette because of the satisfaction guarantee and the guarantee that they would replace the carpet if there was damage. Two bedroom carpets were properly cleaned and stretched. The third was not. In fact, the cleaning made the stains more obvious somehow (big bleach stains vs. smaller dog pee stains).

The owner tried to fix it then realized we'd have to replace the carpet. Then we had to go through a back-and-forth of how to best replace it. That was too long of a process - we were busy moving, holding two busy jobs, raising a rambunctious kid, and dealing with the other risks of the pre-vaccine pandemic - and he wasn't able to easily find a match for the carpet that would be replaced.

We should have just asked for a refund. Instead, we have a stained carpet. 3 stars because a small business owner did a good job in 2 of 3 rooms and did some hustling to help us but we didn't arrive at satisfaction. :(

Our lab puppy recently chewed a hole in a new 8x10 wool area rug. Many tears later (this rug was basically brand new, fairly expensive, and took many months to receive thanks to Covid and supply chain issues), I found Jamal's business online. He and his son Quincy came and picked up my rug, cut off the damaged part, re-serged the entire length, and had it back in my living room one week later. I honestly couldn't tell the difference, their work is that good. I hope to never have to use them again, but if so, I'll call them back in a heartbeat.

Everette Carpet was amazing, from my first interaction with them to the moment they left my house. Jamal took the time to call me ahead of time to discuss the carpet stretching service I wanted performed, and was courteous and professional throughout the time he was at our house. I needed the carpet re-stretched in our master bedroom due to a large bubble that developed. The original carpet installer had raised their minimum trip charge to a ridiculous amount. I called Everette Carpet for a competitive estimate. I received a call back that evening, price was much more reasonable, and they could come out the following afternoon. Jamal did an outstanding job stretching the carpet.

He was prompt, courteous, efficient, professional, and had his son-in-training with him. Jamal had me check the carpet several times as he worked to make sure I was happy with the results before moving on to the next area. I was very happy with the final results. We recently purchased our home and needed the carpets throughout deep cleaned and some carpets stretched. Jamal, Donovan and Quincy arrived on time and walked the property with me thoroughly inspecting the carpets. The quoted us a great price and were able to deliver on services immediately! Our master bedroom had two particularly tough stains to remove. Jamal tried several different techniques all of which helped but the carpet was just too far gone.

To our surprise the company policy is "if they can't clean the carpet-they'll install them for free!" We now have beautiful new carpet in our master bedroom that blends nicely with our existing carpets! We couldn't be happier with the services received and fully intend to continue to use Everette Carpet Care & Restoration. It was refreshing to work with such a trustworthy company. Jamal clearly cares about his customers and their satisfaction which is hard to come by these days!

I used this company twice several years ago. First time, good job. Second time, they left a huge stain from their machine on my carpet and could never remove it. Over time, I scrubbed away at it by hand, and it's better now. I am currently looking for service, so thought I would give them a call and get some info because the recent reviews were good.

Big mistake. First, I went to their website which is so terribly set up that it was hard to read - let alone find any information. Then, I called, and the agent said she was going to transfer me, and the call hung up. Oh well. My advice to them is: at the VERY LEAST, improve your website, so customers can get the information they need. It's a disaster. In this day, there's no reason to have such a poor website. Makes one wonder about the service.

Everette repaired a large burn in our carpet. I was upset that this happened and was convinced that I was going to end up replacing the entire carpet because I wasn't sure if it could be repaired and, if it could, I did not have any carpet remnants for a patch. Everette assed and immediately put me at ease. They were able to use a piece of the existing carpet from under the transition for the repair, so there was no need to find a remnant or remove a sample from a closet.

Their work is impeccable. The carpet looks brand new. I also had them return about a week later to clean the same carpet, statues, and a couch. My couch looks brand new! I can't believe it. I like my couch again. They are clearly experts in carpet cleaning and repair and I recommend them without reservation.

We are so pleased with the services that we received from Everette! We hired them twice - the first time for 2 repairs - (patch replacements) and the 2nd time for cleaning & and some "restretching" repairs. In addition they cleaned some vinyl flooring. They did a TERRIFIC job each time! Carpet & vinyl hasn't looked this good in MANY years! And they are so considerate & pleasant to deal with! We would not hesitate to call them for jobs in the future!

What an excellent company and service! It is so nice to deal with business people that are honest and know what they are doing. I called Everette Carpet Care & Restoration and Jamal was friendly and knowledgeable about the service I was looking for (carpet repair). He was able to come later in the same week that I called and he and his team are fast, efficient, and super professional.

They came at the time promised and were in my house for literally less than 15 minutes.and most of that time was me running my mouth explaining the issue. Anyway, I am very pleased with the results and in fact you cannot even tell that the area that Jamal fixed ever had an issue. Wow! I will be keeping Everette's contact info as I will definitely need carpet cleaning services (but hopefully no more repairs!) in the future. Great business right here folks. You will not be sorry if you use them.

Prompt, thorough, affordable, AND HONEST! Jamal accidentally charged me for more than what was stated on my quote (I assumed it was for extra material or labor and didn't question it) and called me as soon as he realized I had been overcharged. He refunded me immediately via check through mail. Would recommend to anyone needing service for carpet repair and treatment!

Beginning with the initial phone call to inquire about carpet cleaning, we received superior customer service. The owner/operator was easy to talk to, easy to schedule with, provided a reminder phone call, showed up within the window provided, and completed the job within a reasonable time limit. The team thoroughly cleaned our carpets and removed all possible stains (from slime, markers, wear & tear of having relatively young children) so that our carpets look nearly brand new! Our house now inherently feels cleaner! Than you!
