Jiffy Maids

They upcharge for every little service such as ceiling fan wipe down, shower curtain liner. How can you clean the tub without wiping the shower curtain down? I understand extra for inside refrigerators and ovens. Anyway, had maybe my third monthly cleaning with them yesterday 5/16/22 and added on ceiling fan wipe down. Do these blades look wiped down?

Only one of the blades (not pictured) looks wiped. Oh and they cracked a different blade while they were here. so it's not even a cracked clean blade. I think they just gave up when they broke it. In addition I found other spots that were not dusted. These are timestamped photos. Anyway, I'm still waiting on a resolution as I type this with itching fingers and palms from doing spot checks. Natalie listened and she seemed professional but I know in their hearts they don't actually care.

I laugh at people calling me a healthcare hero. This is a valuable needed service to me after a long days work but this is our we treat our heroes. Cool. Update 5/18/22: Initially they told me they would replace the fan then they about faced turned and said it was a pre-existing situation. I was explained to that the crew discovered the blade to be broken when they went to clean it.

However I was charged for the full price of the service. However, their crew never reported that the fan was broken. In fact, it wasn't until after I reported it that they lied and said it was already broken on the day of service. Isn't that something you would want to report on the day of the service that you couldn't complete part of the service because there was an issue?

The manager spoke to me with sarcasm and frankly like an immature adult. I understand their point of view but their crew did not report it immediately upon discovering it, which should sound suspicious. I hope that explains it. I cancelled my monthly service today.

Natalie was extremely response and kind while getting my appointment set up. The service crew was on time and did a great job! I would certainly work with them again and would recommend using their professional services. Service: Standard cleaning

Stay away from Jiffy Maids! The manager is a liar and is probably paying for all these seemingly fake reviews because it just doesn't make sense - they are terrible and I have the pictures to prove it. They have NOT tried everything to address my concerns - only piece-meal offerings that won't inconvenience him, so he can keep my money. Highway robbery - STAY AWAY.

The maids are lazy. I am seriously considering taking him and his company to court, if only to put him out of business so he doesn't rob someone else. He is scum and lower than dirt - how ironic.

The staff and the cleaners at Jiffy Maids are always very courteous and we are always happy with their service. We use their service for post renovation cleaning prior to put our listings on the market or after a client has moved out prior to putting our clients house on the market. Jiffy Maids did a great job! They are very thorough and were in my house for several hours--even all my cabinets and drawers were cleaned and organized! Would highly recommend.

When it comes to pet hair, they are magicians who are able to get rid of cat hair that multiple passes with a Dyson failed to dislodge. I have always been a bit nervous hiring cleaning services before as I have had things damaged or scuffed or just neglected. But Jiffy Maids has restored my confidence. I hired them for a move out cleaning and was impressed with the work. Delmara and Xamara arrived on time; they were efficient, thorough, careful, and friendly. The house looks great. Also, the customer service staff at Jiffy Maids is very personable and willing to discuss whatever you might need. I would--and will--definitely hire this company again.

We hired Jiffy Maids a couple weeks ago to clean our new home before we moved in. It was expensive, over $300, but they promised a thorough cleaning including cabinets, the refrigerator, and even window sills. We were extremely disappointed in the service that we received. While things initially looked clean on the surface and sinks and counters appeared clean, there was soap scum left in multiple kitchen cabinets and drawers, hairs in bathroom drawers which were clearly not even wiped, dog hair on the floor, little piles of dirt/dust in multiple corners, bugs and dirt and dust on the window sills which were clearly not wiped down, cleaning solution left in the self-cleaning oven (this may have ruined the oven), and dirt between the fridge and the counter (a pretty large space).

When we complained, they offered to come back and correct the mistakes with us present but that was not possible or convenient as the whole point was to clean BEFORE our scheduled move, and by later that day the place was already covered with boxes. Not to mention, we were trying to minimize the number of people coming back into our home during a pandemic.

The manager refused to acknowledge how bad a job was done saying only "no one's perfect" and offered us a only a few dollars back. We would not recommend Jiffy Maids as they clearly value speed over quality and don't care about customer service.

Great experience overall. Very professional, friendly, and thorough cleaners who were able to come on very short notice. Impressed with their attention to detail, but still worked very quickly.

Very disappointing experience. I called Jiffy Maids when another cleaning company I had booked bailed on me at the last minute. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and was able to accommodate me immediately. She quoted me a price of $130 for the basic package, which was perfect for my budget. Two cleaning ladies arrived shortly thereafter.

I showed them the areas that needed to be cleaned, and with very little explanation they bumped the price up an extra $50. They said the condition of my apartment was "too dirty" and it would take them extra time (30 minutes more than normal) to clean it. I asked them which areas they thought were too dirty and they could not give me a straightforward answer.

Not only was this very insulting, but it was also a ridiculous thing to say considering the fact that they literally clean homes for a living. Were they expecting to clean an apartment that was already clean? I was confused. I refused to agree to a higher price that could not be justified, so they left. While this company may do good job according to other reviews, I was appalled with the poor way they conducted business with a potential new customer.

Jiffy Maids did a fantastic job! I used Jiffy Maids for a move-out clean of a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. My landlord was very impressed! The service was great from start to finish, very responsive, on time and thorough. I haven't used a cleaning service before, but after such a great experience, I am looking into using them at our new house regularly.

I have tried several clean services and this is by far one of my favorites! Jiffy Maids have excellent customer service, competitive pricing and awesome professionals. They cleaned corners, nooks, crannies and high windows and blinds they I couldn't reach. I am planning to use their services monthly! Having a professionally cleaned place give me peace of mind and allows me to use my weekends enjoying the city. ( I'm a recent transit from AL) I Jiffy Maids!

Excellent cleaning service. I had a moveout cleaning for our condo, and planned to purchase a new fridge and stove. The crew cleaned both so thoroughly they looked brand new, and I didn't have to replace them at all.

I needed some last-minute help with a deep cleaning before the holidays. I emailed Jiffy Maid on Monday, and they had teams available for the next day! I booked a cleaning for two days later (today, the day before Thanksgiving). The team of three arrived ten minutes early and did an absolutely beautiful job! They were friendly, professional, and fast.

This was a first time service on a 4 bedroom, 3 level house, and they only took 3.5 hours for a VERY thorough scrubbing. My kitchen and bathrooms are sparkling, my furniture and rugs have never been so clean, and my hardwood floors are gleaming like new. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for some help around the house.

I've used Jiffy Maids since 2013, for bi-weekly apartment cleanings, and in that entire time never had one problem. The cleanings were consistent and delivered as promised. Natalie, who runs customer service (or possibly the whole operation, I'm not sure) was always responsive, friendly and helpful. I've recommended this service to a few people and they've always been happy with it as well.

My only word of mild warning is that "morning" cleanings can sometimes mean 10:30am, sometimes 9am and sometimes 8:30am. Worth keeping in mind and being sure to set an alarm on cleaning days.

I hired this cleaning company to clean my Mother in laws house while she was out of town. I was very impressed! They did such a Great job and was done in no time. I have NOTHING but good things to say about the services. The ladies were very polite. Thanks again:-

I had my home (first floor) cleaned by Jiffy Maids today. The fee structure is realistic and competitive. They were able to get me scheduled quickly. Within a 2.5 hour span of time they accomplished a lot and did a very good job. I plan to have them back next month to concentrate on my upstairs and then a monthly cleaning.

Terrible terrible terrible job. If I could have given them zero stars I would. They left the spray to clean the oven in the oven, they left the solution for the fridge in the freezer, floor was streaky, they used water on wood floors, light fixtures were still dusty. I just purchased a new home and wanted it to shine. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I called the office while my place was being cleaned and still the maids did an awful job.

The window panes were still dusty. Not to mention the manager is RUDE and condescending. He will not be of any assistance. He answered the phone ready to argue when he knew I was on the phone. I left a message over the weekend but no response. Trust me do not use them you will be pissed off. Look at the pics THEY'RE TERRIBLE. Those other reviews are written by the employees don't be fooled.

Awful service. I disputes this with my bank I was so disappointed. I have pictures it was bad. Will never use them again and the manager only made it worse. STAY AWAY DO NOT go through what I am going through. To the response, Actually, the crew never changed the price they are lying and no agreement exists outside of the telephone quote which what I was charged.

I paid the extra for fridge and something else. I was willing to pay whatever I needed to pay to make my new home sparkle. Secondly, the women barely spoke English we had no conversation so nice try lol. You're business is crap and the service was horrible. I also reported you to the Better Business Bureau. I intend to go all the way about this because the service was that bad. You'll be hearing from my bank and I will take you to small claims court.

I am not playing about this. Thirdly, They arrived at 1pm so I'm not sure what they're telling you. The proof is in the pics and I am not the only reviewer that insists that your "move in move out" special is crap. Fourth, Your employees had the salesman man do the walk-through. That was not my husband and I do not know that guy! LMAO! Really? I can't with this mediocre company.

They were very fast and thorough with the house cleaning. It's a little more expensive than some other options, but they were professional and fast. The carpet cleaning went well. You do need to make sure you tell them where to clean under furniture, or if you have a carpet on top of a wall-to-wall carpet to clean underneath. But overall a great experience.

Really wanted to give Jiffy Maids 5 stars because the office staff (Tammy) was able to send a crew to my house last minute without an appointment. However the subpar cleaning job overshadows the initial great customer service experience. When I initially spoke to Tammy to request a cleaning, I explicitly stated I wanted the kitchen and bathrooms to be a priority, and that I was looking for DEEP cleaning.

Unfortunately I was not able to be present for the cleaning, so my mom (who speaks limited English) was left with the task of explaining what exactly needed to be cleaned. When I came home, expecting a fresh and clean house, I was confused as to why the oven had strange debris, stovetop/hood were still grimy, and shower tiles/toilet appeared untouched.

Of course I immediately started snapping photos (see attached) so that I could call Jiffy Maids the next day. Also, the cleaning crew apparently had quite an attitude with my mom whenever she requested for something to be cleaned a little more, and they repeatedly demanded an extra charge of $125 for anything more than "standard" cleaning. I don't know if there was a miscommunication between Tammy and the cleaning crew, but I DID specifically request for DEEP cleaning services.so not only was I upset about the incomplete cleaning, but also upset that my mom was subjected to rudeness.

It seems even the stuff listed as "standard" cleaning on their website was not done thoroughly. In the end, I decided to forgo having cleaners return to finish cleaning the house because I'd rather do it myself, even if it's hard work, than to have anyone be rude to my mother. The supervisor I spoke to (Lawrence) did eventually give me a "discount" but I still paid $300.

Overall not worth the money and all the headache/stress caused. 2 stars only because initial service was great and I was provided with some compensation in the end. However I will not be using Jiffy Maids again.

I hired them a few months ago for a cleaning then my Candino watch went missing. I called to let them know and Lawrence (refuses to tell me his last name but claims to be the owner) got very defensive and rude, which leads me to believe this isn't the first time this has happened. DON'T HIRE JIFFY MAIDS. HIDE YOUR VALUABLES!

If you call cleaning putting things away then sure, great job. Not a surface was wiped down in my bathroom. The floor, toilet, bath tub sink, nothing. I don't understand what they are charging for. Any half wit frat boy can shove some toilet paper on top of a toilet and line bath products up in a row.
