I've been a consistent customer for almost 31. years. I started out with a used extractor as I was 21,b roke and just starting out in business. I loved it from day one. I was immediately impressed with the quality of products and Integrity of the people the owner has working with him. Living in San Diego and being so close to the manufacturing facility I felt very fortunate because I can walk in and get the parts I need.

I have made a real life bought houses, raise my kids put them in college all based on the products that I bought from mytee products. I love when they update their product line. Good job all of you from the owner to the receptionist to the guys on the line. Thanks for always being there. I honestly could not have been so successful without their products

What can I say! My 8070 has exceeded my expectations! I mobile detail and purchased a cheaper vac a few months back and regretted it. Been using my 8070 now and it's saved me time and of yields better results. A+ equipment!

I ordered the Air Hog and the Water Hog. The boxes were missing a couple critical items. I contacted my local supplier who I ordered the machines through with no success. I called Mytee and got Chery on the phone, she got me my items in 2 days, from California to Texas. Stayed in contact with me through out the process and treated my problem like it was her problem. Chery took ownership of the problem, , gave me her direct extention and email, just incase I had anymore questions. Thank you so much Mytee for having people like Chery, she made my minor hiccup disappear.

I needed the most minor of parts to get my extractor up and working. Ali Rayburn helped me out by correctly identifying the part and sending it out very quickly (as in overnight!). Excellent service and great communication!

I called Mytee with an emergency issue and spoke to Chery who was very helpful. She pointed me in the right direction and told if I had any following questions to call or email (which I did). Can't thank her enough with how she handled my situation.

To Mytee Products, Wanted to let You know how an service employee of yours handled a mix up in part ordering. The Techs name is Chery LaRue. I got the wrong gasket for My 20 year old machine. I was worried that You would not carry the gasket anymore because the machine was so old.(It still works like a champ!) Any way Ms. Larue checked and rechecked and found the correct gasket replacement part that had changed over the years and informed Me they would ship the part at no charge to Me.

I think that is fair and a good service practice. Its GREAT to see this kind of service. Ms. Larue did a good job and I am grateful. After 20 Years My Machine and Your Service are Still MYTEE! Thanks, Joe EDIT: In the end, well after My 1st review, Mytee got my money and I never did get the right part or my money back. They sent 2 wrong parts and the customer support service is set up in such a way that you will not get your money back.

Very clever. A MYTEE RIP OFF. I want to say it was not for lack of trying by the service tech. The truth is mytee has my money and I got nothing. I wish it wasn't so. My next Machine "Prospector PE 300" Thanks for less than nothing. Former Customer

Hi gang, Made an order last week for replacement parts, Mahala was helpful over the 2-3 days we compiled the parts list, personally ensured the assembly got done and parts arrived 3 days later. Quick, clean and thorough. Well done Mahala.

Excellent customer service! If I could give more stars I would! Allison Garcia is exceptionally courteous and understanding. She resolved an issue I had. I now feel 100% confident in purchasing more Mytee equipment in the future.

These machines are AWESOME and the customer service is even better! I mistakenly ordered the wrong part for my machine, and Abigail was extremely helpful and professional. She helped me figure out the correct part to order and then sent me the replacement for no additional charge! I will definitely continue to buy MyTee machines for all my carpet cleaning needs.

Recently bought a refurbished Air Hog and just wanted to say thanks as the shipping to Canada was awesome - this is the first time I have ever had anything come this fast - the device came in less than 24 hours right to my door. Mytee in my mind has the best service and support you can have from any provider ever and this is why I will buy most of my equipment from them only. Just want to put this out there that Mytee provides better service than my own country's providers for the exact same applications and equipment.

Been hearing a lot of noise about the new 6.6 lx vac motors so much that I decided to find out what the buzz was all about. To be honest I Couldn't ask for a better experience. Mytee may have outdid themselves on this one. This machine is amazing. Took me a little time to get used to the luxury of not having to dump and fill buckets numerous times during jobs.

I'm loving the auto dump and auto filling features that's for sure. Oh! And Don't get me started on the suction. My arm is sore right now. The suction is unbelievable. There's got to be at least 40% more suction if not more. I was currently running two 3 stage vac motors and the Mytee put it to shame. No exaggeration, This thing is a beast. Last but not least.

Customer service. Mr. LaBarbera was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Answered any and all questions in a timely manner. Top of the line equipment. Reasonably priced, five star customer service. What more could you ask for. Got to say I'm extremely impressed. Thank you Mytee an Mr LaBarbera for everything.

I have been a Mytee customer for over 5 years straight now. I am an owner operator of a successful carpet cleaning business located in Los Angeles, Ca. When I first started out my business I purchased a Mytee M5, and soon added an Air Hog, Air Hog Plus, T Rex, Stair wands, wands, burnisher, and many more Mytee Products. I chose Mytee because of the looks and price point. Till this day I still use my Mytee M5 portable in my Rug Shop.

It still has the original motors in it too after all these years. Over the 5 years I've been doing business with Mytee they have continually updated their equipment. When they do they notify me and send me the updated parts at no cost. Any time I've had any problems or questions Mytee has stepped up to the place and immediately remedied the situation.

Even when it was not their fault but mine due to abuse or ignorance. Mytee has the best customer service of any company out there that I've dealt with and I have dealt with many. Which is the reason why I am writing this review. I noticed how some have claimed the opposite. I can only assume the posters have ulterior motives. Because if anything, Mytee is all about customer service. No one can hold a candle to them and that is the truth. Thanks Mytee for the many years of great service.
