Will Birchall and his team are great! We had an area in our carpeting where it was rippling and Will restretched it for us beautifully. It was a difficult one because it was coming off of a couple of different angles. They cleaned all the carpets and area rugs in our home, steam-cleaned our tile, and resealed our grout. Everything turned out beautifully! We now have Will and his team come to do our carpets on a quarterly basis. I highly recommend them.

William was as professional and friendly as they come. I sprung a leak in my living room wall right after I had self-installed a wood facade paneling in my living room. Birchall Restoration was the top recommended restoration service in my area, and I couldn't agree more. William had a fast response, promptly coming over to set up fans and open up the wall to dry everything out.

I was immediately put at ease by his obvious expertise and friendly presence. He immediately demoed all the soaked wood paneling and hauled them away, cleaning up his workspace each visit. After making absolutely sure the wall was dry with testing in numerous places, William found excellent wood wall materials and within two days after my walls were dry, I had an even more gorgeous wood wall fully restored.

Birchall Restoration recently upgraded the flooring throughout the entire first floor of our home. We had a mix of tile and carpet and explained that we wanted an upgrade and the look of hardwood. Will with Birchall Restoration provided us with free estimate and recommended Luxury Vinyl Planking. His written estimate was sent quickly and was clear & detailed.

We are thrilled with the result--it is exactly what we wanted. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Will clearly communicated a time frame for the job and when all monies would be due. He and his team arrived on time each day and were all extremely friendly and well-mannered. They moved all of our furniture when required and we were able to occupy our home comfortably during the entire process (took approximately 7 days).

They cleaned everything completely when they were done so that my house was immaculate. I will definitely use Birchall Restoration for all of my home contracting needs going forward.

We were in the process of moving and when the movers removed furniture and area rugs, we saw how dirty the travertine floors and carpet were. I know that we were going to need carpet cleaning, but I could not believe how the travertine darkened over time until I saw what it was underneath the rug. I called in a jam because I needed the floors cleaned immediately so that we could close the sale of the house without making the new owners upset.

They came out, gave a reasonable bid, and were there the following day. They did an amazing job and the floors looked as if they were brand new. I couldn't be happier with their professionalism and the results.

Will and his company were exceedingly easy to work with. Will resonded to my urgent phone call on a Saturday within 20 minutes. He arrived at the compromised site within the hour. He assessed the situation and explained to me what needed doing and how he and his company could do it. As the project progressed, he kept me informed by text and pictures how it was going. It was 7:00 am when i heard the water running in the upstairs bathroom. Sure enough a hose broke at the bottom of the toilet. at 7:00 a.m. I called Birchall Resroration and within 1/2 hour 2 trucks pulled up and immediately starting cleaning up our 3 rooms of water. They then preceded to do an awesome job of cleaning up our mess. Will, the owned showed up every time with his crew, was always on time and kept us informed daily of the progress.
