Fast Flo Drain Cleaning

Didn't care for Andrew. Charged a $90 extra hour fee on top of the service fee when the job he did took all of 15 minutes. Wouldn't use this service again.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I am baffled at the lack of professionalism and customer service this company provides. A technician came out to clean a drainage clog. After 5 minutes of unclogging we heard a loud explosion from our second bathroom. The snake had been pushed through the drain in the main bathroom to the ceramic toilet bowl in our other bathroom and exploded.

The technician apologized and told us we wouldn't have to pay for a new toilet and he would get it sorted out. He went to his van to call his manager. 10 minutes later he left without telling us anything. We called the manager, and he informed us they would not be replacing/paying for a new toilet AND are still charging us for the unclogging.

The guy on the phone was very unprofessional. He attacked my intelligence, implied I was a pot head by asking how much weed I was smoking, and told me I was annoying him before he hung up on me. Save yourself the time, money, and headache. go elsewhere!

The actual service man who came out to clean our sewer was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. However, every time I have called to talk on the phone, the people on the other end are extremely rude. From the time they pick up and answer, they sound extremely impatient and frustrated by the client asking a simple question of "what time do you think you will show up" or "I can't seem to find the sewer video on YouTube." They need to be trained on how to treat a customer.

I have been living in a rental house for 3 years now and I have had 6 plumbers come out over that time to fix toilets that dont want to flush correctly and they all said they couldnt help and the toilets need replaced. Mark just came out and fixed all my problems in 45 minutes. Not only is he smart and friendly, he also puts that extra step in to assure everything is perfect. I have never gave a yelp review before but this man needs to be recognized and respected for his quality work and his overall desire to make that extra step. Thanks Mark!

Have used them 4 times the past year +. Three times it's been Mark who has come out. Really like how he does the work. Very conscientious, strives for minimal cleanup, and has stride to gives us useful info on our Sewer line. We have a "belly" in our line. About every 6 months we clean out the line, hopefully before it backs up in our furnance room.

This morning it began to back up after a month plus had gone by. Mark was available and came out a few hours after I called in. End of June when we had Fastflo come out Mark was off that day (Sunday). He got the drain cleared, assessed our "belly" and said if we have an issue again soon, we should use their camera service. But today he believed he knocked roots out and we should be good till February.

The best part was we had a 90 day warranty that was honored. I'll continue to use their service, specifically requesting Mark. My neighbor has Properties he manages and has used them for awhile. He had recommended them to us several years ago. Glad he Did!

Mark at Fast Flo did a great job for me. Antiquated equipment, but his skill more than compensated. Took a while to get the access plug removed. It was in a very tight spot and I don't think it had ever been removed in over 50 years. Very friendly, conscientious, and good about cleaning up. Prices are very fair. Service: Sewer repair

Fast Flo is always prompt and experienced. I take care of commercial buildings which require immediate care and they're always there within a couple hours. I've been using them for about 3-4 years now and I've never had an issue with getting them out. I also want to add that their prices are always competitive and reasonable.

Love this company. In Denver's BOOMING economy, they still are not gouging the locals. They come quickly and they know what they are doing. Such great professional men.who keep you up to date on what they are doing and IF they have to make additional repairs.they get your permission first! I won't use anyone else! Unlike APPLE.who I will never use again! Fast Flow is 1/10th the price of APPLE!

Great service and prompt support. Fast Flo was recommended by a plumbing repairman and we were definitely appreciative of the customer service. The technician was very considerate and proactively seeked ways to ensure he didn't dirty our white carpet. Overall, the process took approximately 30 minutes and cost was reasonably priced (emergency situation re: sewage backup).

I've dealt with a lot of really really mean people over the phone in my life who think they can be rude to me because I am a young woman, but the man who answered the phone trumped them all. I didn't know what to say specifically about my plumbing issue, and he started yelling at me until eventually when I asked him to stop, he said "watch this" and hung up on me.

I am so shocked and upset. Never has any service provider been so rude and unprofessional to me right off the bat. I feel belittled and assaulted, and I would be scared to have that man or any of his employees in my home.

I was unimpressed with Fast Flo. I had a leak in my basement but told the owner over the phone that the only floor drain was capped off and not near the leak. He was very kind and said that it could just be a leaky pipe. He scheduled to come out the next day and snake the line. He said he would call 30 minutes ahead of time because I was at work. I received no phone call.

A young man came into the basement and asked me a few questions before stepping outside to make a phone call. He came back inside and said he didn't think it was a clogged pipe. He charged me a pretty large amount for being at my house for 5 minutes and not doing anything. Another company came over today, opened my wall up, and fixed the broken pipe for the EXACT same price that I paid Fast Flo to come over and then leave. I'm an engineer and the other company did quality work. I understand having to pay someone for their time but I'm sitting in front of both bills right now and they are identical.

Ok. John came over and quoted me $189 from his initial starting quote of $29. He explained that's how it is so whatever I accepted the price. He starts his work. 30 minutes or so later he comes back saying the screw to the shower knob is stripped? he insinuated that i stripped it when i didn't know the knob had a screw.so basically he stripped out the screw then tries to charge me another $150 on top of the $189 all for a leaking shower?

I declined his offer and he still charges me $29 dollars for nothing. Oh wait he stripped out the screw to my shower know. Sucks but oh well. and btw he never turned my water back on so I guess I have to go figure out where that is now. Geez.

Home warranty uses this company technician was polite but ran into some trouble due to him suggesting but not checking the plumbing system before applying his services. Due to that the machinery got stuck and snapped in my plumbing. Him getting it out messed up my plumbing. After the job was done and pipe left messed up they wanted to charge me extra for no knowing my plumbing.

They got that squared away. Now to get a plumber out here I have to pay extra due to it being the weekend. Called Fast flow talked to Bert to see if they will cover the overtime since this was a result of the technician. He told me that since I would even pay for the extra time the tech was here getting his machine loose they are definitely not covering anything else. Good technician bad management. Bad business due just to a man not manning up to his employees mistake.

Horrible experience with this company. Give me false information about sewer line condition which is in favor of the home seller (who paid them for the inspection). If I follow their suggestion, it will cost me thousands of dollars lost. The sewer inspector I hired found the mark on the ground at the same issue spot as he found, which meant that the problem was found at Fast Flo Draining inspection, but the inspector (Jeff) tried to cover it by telling me the line is the best he ever inspected and he would buy the house if it were not in Aurora.

He only mention that there is small gap and there is no issue. I called them back with the new sewer result but got hung up. BTW, they said they are NOT certified plumber, so do not waste your time or money on this company!

I've had to use Fast Flow many times, they have always been prompt, professional and affordable. I appreciate their efforts on taking care of our plumbing problems. Jeff, one of their associates is awesome and does a great job, I am always relieved to see him pull up!

So I had the ill fated kitchen drain clog the day after Thanksgiving. Fast Flo was available to come out and see what the problem was. Their technician David was really nice, polite and knowledgeable. He arrived in under the estimated to to my home which is nice. He solved my issue, explained everything that he was doing during the process and cleaned up after he was finished! Yes, he took the time to clean up after he was done. I assured him that I'd do it when he was finished, however he still took the time to do it himself. Now that's great service! Thanks Fast Flo & thanks David

Came home from work at 9pm to find my plumbing backed up and the floor drain in the laundry room overflowing. I called my home warranty company and was referred to Fast Flo. Called and spoke to Susan. She was super nice and got the technician dispatched quickly. Jeff was here within 30 minutes and was able to get everything flowing again quickly. They are super professional and the pricing was very fair.he determined that the blockage was under the foundation and was therefore covered by my warranty. They even billed my warranty company for the work. Definitely recommend!

Incompetent morons. They said they would send somebody and never did because I didn't "confirm" on the phone which was never mentioned prior. It was also an emergency flood and they acted like it was no big deal. Horrible horrible company terrible customer service unapologetic unwilling to help.

We have fast flow come out 4 times to clean the same drain. The service was relatively quick. But on the 3rd time we were pretty tired of calling them out. We paid about $1000 already to have the drain cleaned. So we were given a 90 day warranty from fast flo. When the drain clogged again the gentleman refused to honor the warranty. So I can't recommend their service to anyone else.

5/17/2015 My home warranty company uses this company. Technician came out today, RUDE as HELL. Very condescending. When I opened the door, I said hi how are you? No response. Clue #1. I attempted to explain to him what the issue was, he told me "you have no clue what you're talking about". Conversation turned extremely confrontational, doesn't sit well, you're in my home. & being disrespectful.

He then decided to tell me that their company has been with my warranty company for 10 years, Mr. Rude guy, I have been with them 20 years! & they do not do business with company's like this! DO NOT use this company, I know this has to be a habit. Technician left, "said Im out of here, no crap, Sherlock, brightest comment you made all year.

A 9 - 11 appointment, means they will call between that time to let you know a guess of when they might be there. Been waiting all morning and still waiting. Technician finally showed up 45 minutes later than he said he would be there, roughly 12:45. Took about 25 minutes to complete the job and I was finally able to head to work.

Yes, the somewhat English speaking Mexican showed up to my house an hour after the two hour window that he had given me to begin with had already passed. Took 5 minutes to snake the drain, which is still draining very slowly, then charged my landlord $90.00 for that 5 minutes of work, which they are now charging me because the technician (Drew) had written a bunch of notes on the bill about there being some strawberries in the disposal. Had I known all of this was going to happen to my poor little wife, I would have left work early and just done the snaking of the drain myself. I would not waste your time calling this company as that is truly what it will be.

Great price. The man who worked at our house was very honest and friendly. I was highly impressed and will definitely be using this company again. These people are LIARS. They told me they snaked my main to the alley and then I had a sewer scope done only to find out they didn't go past 10 feet (less than three months later). When I confronted them about this he insulted me and told me he'd come fix it, "the second Tuesday of next week" when I asked him what this meant he yelled at me and told me there was no way in hell he'd come back to my house. Wow, they have some great customer service! Unelss you are looking to waste your money and get abusive treatment from them them PLEASE use somebody else!
