Most of our business comes from referrals and repeat customers. I PROMISE to solve your problem. I will give you answers to questions you didn't think to ask, do more work than you are paying me for, and make sure everything is right for the best dryer performance.
Services
The lint is so fine that 1/3 to 1/2 go right through the screen on your dryer. The humidity from the clothes drying cause some of it to stick to the pipe on its way out. Over time, the duct can completely fill with lint. With the average duct length of 15' to 20' now days, they all need cleaned routinely.
If the duct becomes damaged, comes apart in a ceiling, attic, or crawl space, we can fix it. Over time or abuse, dryer ducting can crush or become detached. A damaged duct will restrict airflow, causing longer drying time and faster accumulation of lint in the duct. Builders often just use a wrap of duct tape to seal the joints between sections. As dryer vent accumulates lint, the air pressure, heat, and humidity from the dryer can degrade the seal, causing the duct to come apart.
I have been having a terrible smell come from our laundry room whenever we run the dryer! We are currently renting this home and our landlords/management company have been horrible with helping us! They refused to have our dryer ducts checked for a dead animal! They tried to tell us that the "sewer line" was causing the smell!
We do a lot of extra work- cleaning the heating element face, picking up all those missing socks dropped behind the dryer, the lint and spills under the dryer, clean in blower channel (the area below the lint screen), and whatever else needs done. We don't have add on fees for inspections, fuel surcharges, trip charges, ladder fees, duct length, or other charges to increase the price.

We were referred to Dryer Vent Doctor by our good friends, and I'm SO glad we called! Matt was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He and his wife did a great job not only servicing our dryer duct. but also repairing and replacing things that we otherwise would have never known about. At the same time, he offered a VERY low pressure presentation of the issues that needed addressing. all while offering what I believed to be an extraordinarily reasonable price. When the time comes, I have every intention of bringing Matt back to service our dryer duct again. Top notch service!

Matt and Alex were efficient, friendly, thorough, and reasonably priced. Don't bother with the other companies, this is your partner. Our dryer vent was completely full of lint and they took care of it in less than hour. Dryer Vent Doctor is where you need to take your business. Thank you Matt and Alex.

I am very pleased with the results and professionalism! I searched for a local company that would clean my dryer vent as well as do some repair on it (my dryer vent got detached from the exhaust). After reading the reviews about Matt's company I knew they will be good. He explained everything that will be done without me even asking for it. The company I used last time didn't use all parts that are necessary to keep the vent connected to the exhaust. He added all the parts and repaired what got damaged. Everything looks safe now! On top of everything I think the price was fair.

I don't usually leave reviews but they did an awesome job. They were super timely and did a great job of communicating what needed to be done in a way that gave me options and didn't corner me into a sales pitch. I can tell a difference in how my dryer vents based on the work they did with just this first dryer cycle too. They were able to do all the work same day so I didn't have to make extra appointments and were so nice! Super nice people too I highly recommend!

Husband and wife team. Very professional, and showed up on time. They did a phenomenal job on fixing our dryer vent, and diagnosed the issue that was causing our vent to clog with lint. It turns out that a screen was left on top of our vent when the house was built. This screen is supposed to be removed if it's being used as a dryer vent. Screen was removed and vent was cleaned, and now our dryer works like it's supposed to with no more vent error codes!

Mike, the Dryer Vent Doctor (Denver area), cleaned our dryer vent, inside starting at the dryer itself and on the roof exit. Mike is professional, thorough, pleasant, and his price is reasonable, especially since the service included going onto the roof. I look forward to doing business with Mike again in 18 months to 2 years. I recommend the Dryer Vent Doctor to my neighbors and family.

I cannot overstate how great Matt and Alex were when our dryer vent needed repair. Due to our home's side layout, access to the vent is 3 stories up, making any repairs impossible for me, and even most other companies. Matt did not hesitate to come out and look at our issue and proposed a very reasonable solution that provides better ventilation than what I had.
His pricing was reasonable and he quoted exactly what it would cost prior to starting the work. I am extremely happy with our new vent. Matt was very professional and friendly. He and Alex left our home better than they found it and I will be using them for all of our dryer vent needs in the future.

I was having the hardest time drying my laundry and just before giving up and dishing out hundreds of dollars for a new dryer I called Dryer Vent Doctor. Mike showed up ready to solve my issue and he did such a great job that I'm back to happily doing laundry again and never had to spend the extra cash on a new dryer.

Very responsive and on time for both visits. He came out in January to clean everything, and all was great, and price was fair and as quoted. No surprises. I started having issues with my dryer earlier this month and suspected something with the vents (due to what was going on). He came out quickly, inspected the vents, and helped me troubleshoot it to make sure it was working properly.
It had nothing to do with the service performed in January (turned out my dryer was fine, it was my washer not spinning out enough water). Fantastic job. He only charged me for the inspection. He was very helpful. Highly recommended.

Mike just left my house and I am one happy customer. This is an owner operated company so I thought we'd have to wait longer to get him out but that didn't happen. He came out within a week and is so personable and knowledgeable and professional. He's honest and trustworthy. I told him to do whatever he needed to get my dryer to stop leaving so much lint on everything. Mike shortened the vent hose and thoroughly cleaned all the way to my roof (where the vent output is). He worked quickly and his prices are more than fair. I very highly recommend Mike/Dryer Vent Doctor.

Mike came right on time (actually a little early) for our appt to clean my dryer vents. He was very personable, knowledgeable and quick. The whole process (including cleaning the vent from the roof) was done in about 30 mins. Only downside (kinda) is he only takes cash or check. But he followed me to the closest ATM and was very understanding. I'd definitely call him again.

Mike was amazing! I called on Wednesday and he was here two days later. He gave me an appointment time, not a window and showed up exactly as scheduled. Mike was very personable, described what he was doing every step of the way and left my house cleaner than he found it (he even used his shop-vac to clean the track on my sliding glass door that was sticking).
The price - $75 was very reasonable and exactly what he promised on his website. I usually dread home contractor appointments, but I'm looking forward to calling Mike again in about two years.

Building fires, started by clogged clothes dryer vents number around 15,000 a year in the USA, resulting in loss of life and property. Look it up online, or just read this article to learn more: http://www.abcactionnews.com/money/angies-list/thousands-of-fires-are-sparked-each-year-by-clogged-dryer-vents I have hired Mike to clean out my dryer's exhaust vent every year or two.
We hang or line dry a great deal too. He only cleans dryer vents though, not HVAC vents. He also repairs and/or replaces the venting tube from the dryer to the wall, if necessary. Inspection is part of the job. Doing this routine maintenance makes my dryer work so much faster, which cuts down on my gas and electric bill, saves me precious time, and means I can have most of my laundry washed, dried, folded and put away before I go to bed, instead of staying up past midnight waiting and waiting for my things to dry.
It gives me great peace of mind to know the vent is clean and in good working order. I've personally known of two fires that caused extensive damage to buildings (my best friend's house when I was a child, and the Center Green office building in Boulder, where my chiropractor's office used to be). Fortunately, no one was injured in either fire, but my friend's house was a total loss, as it happened before most homes had smoke/fire alarms (happened in 1970), and most homes don't have sprinkler systems even today.
The office building survived pretty well, but the smoke damage was extensive, as was the water damage from the sprinkler system and the fire fighting equipment. So, just do it!

Mike is awesome. This was the most simple, frustration-free home maintenance service I've ever gotten. Our dryer was taking hours to dry clothing and eventually the heating element just quit.for the second time. The repairman suspected the cause was debris in the vent and recommended the Dryer Doctor. I wish all my home contractors were like him!
He cheerfully rolled up in a super cool white body suit and some big loud tube device (I'm obviously not much of a vent cleaning guru). It's like calling Ghostbusters. He was even patient with my puppy, who typically hates men, but decided that the Dryer Doctor was the new love of her life. The job was finished in lighting speed. He had discovered three bird nests in there (I guess it is pretty warm and cozy) and even screwed in a small screen to discourage future avian house hunters.
He charged a super transparent flat rate as posted on his website. I love having zero unpleasant pricing surprises! It's always awkward calling strangers into your home for repairs or maintenance, but I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. In fact he's so amiable I was half expecting him and half the neighborhood to break out into the dryer vent equivalent of Chim-chim-cher-ee and have Mary Poppins float down from the sky. Our dryer works like a charm again. Apparently it actually IS possible to dry a load of clothes in 30 minutes. Thanks Doc!
