Every garment you bring in receives personal care and attention throughout our multi-step process. We inspect and detail garments to ensure proper preparation and classification for cleaning, professionally remove stains, dry clean, wet clean or hand clean as appropriate to its classification, press and hand finish it.
No. Just leave your clothes out for us and we'll return them on the next delivery day to your predetermined drop-off location. Simply leave a detailed note in your bag identifying the specific garment along with your specific cleaning instructions. At no charge we'll provide Art Cleaners laundry bags.
Most dry cleaners today clean using petrochemical solvents. About 70% use perchloroethylene (perc), classified by the EPA as an air and water toxin and a likely human carcinogen. Dry cleaners follow strict regulations to reduce emissions and control its health and environmental risks, but there is no getting around the truth - perc poses a real danger to people and the planet.

I brought a pale peach dress that I was planning to wear to my daughter's wedding to Art Cleaners. when it was returned to me the color had become "greige"- it looked like a layer of dirt obscured the original color. over the course of 2 weeks I was consistently jerked around by employees and management, with promises that a manager would call me. the dress was cleaned 4 times- no improvement. i had a shirt that was the same color as the dress- I was told the dress could not have been that color originally.

I suspect that the dry cleaning fluid was dirty. I finally caved, and asked for a refund for the cleaning fee. think twice before you bring them a light colored piece of clothing.

I never write reviews, but this one had to be done. This cleaning service is such incredibly poor quality and service, please don't being your business there. There is a reason it has 2 stars and awful reviews on Yelp. Huge waste of time and money; the clothes looked like they hadn't even been touched, let alone cleaned. And if you have an issue (which you will), the person who runs the front desk has no support or authority to resolve issues, and the manager doesn't work there and rarely picks up the phone. The worst part was seeing how poorly the management supports and treats it's employees :(

**Update - I was contacted after posting this review and the situation has been resolved quickly and appropriately. Three stars because it took two and a half months to get here.** Lost my comforter. Had the audacity to make me run to multiple Art Cleaners locations to attempt to locate something they lost. Told me it was lost, no options to find, so I ordered another one.

Two days later they find it. Would not compensate me for the trouble I was going to go through to return purchased comforter, so I requested the $50 charge to clean the comforter be refunded. They agreed, then never did it. I have followed up twice with assurance they would refund it. They have not. Horrible customer service.

I do not have a dry cleaners in the area so I tried Art Cleaners this morning. The were open and I pulled into the drive thru. A man came and worked at a terminal inside, made eye contact with me and then walked away to the back. He never came back after several minutes of waiting. I would have even been ok with a hand signal to give him a minute. Obviously they do not want business.

Super reliable home pick up & delivery with friendly delivery contact person. In 5 years, never once have had an issue with garment cleaned/pressing. Like to use Art Cleaners for holiday tablecloths and linen napkins. Service: Delivery

Missed pickup of laundry. I called to ask for pickup and the employee was dismissive and rude. When I mentioned that I had called to let them know I had put laundry out for 3 days in a row after being told each day that art cleaners would pick it up, he hung up on me

I had a pair of pants to get two buttons put on and a minor seem closed. I was surprised when they estimated the return time with three weeks. But for the sake of saving my time, I went with it. It took them four weeks. I paid $18. But when I checked the pants at home I saw that they didn't put the two buttons on and only closed the little seem. When I went back I was told that they could try to fix it, but it would take another two weeks.

In agreement with the reviews. This dry cleaner seems to have no ability to accurately pick up and deliver dry cleaning. We just received 2 items that are not our clothes- yet again! When you call them to correct it- they don't call back. Really poor service. I wish I had checked these reviews before I used them!

After using this cleaning service a number of times, and having my dry cleaning and laundry picked up and dropped off at my personal apartment door, my clothes were picked up the day after Christmas from my unit door on the 26th by the usual guy. On January 2nd, (7 days later) a neighbor from another apartment across the courtyard said my 5 bags had been left in their lobby a few days ago.

The only way I would have known where my and my childrens' clothes were is if from this Good Samaritan hadn't called me. On top of it, when I called, the secretary was not apologetic in anyway. I asked if there was some sort of customer service policy they had for what happened. 1. Clothes dropped off in random building. No one called me from ART to let me know. 2.

Clothes were sitting there for 2-3 days unclaimed, while we were waiting for needed items. Clothes could have been stolen. The rep said the manager would have to call me tomorrow, and she didn't know if the manager would do anything. So, with my neck injury (which is why I sent every to be laundered) I had to retrieve 5 heavy bags of laundry across the courtyard back to my place.

Thanks for the several blunders and poor customer service when I called about it. And according to the rep I don't even know if the manager will compensate these mistakes. I will never use ART again.

Never again. I took a pair of expensive pants in to be cleaned--there was one spot on the leg. They came back with blue stains all over them. I took them back and spoke with the manager, who insinuated that the stains had been there all along. He was very rude and condescending. They cleaned them again, and the stains did not come out. Expensive pants: RUINED.

Since I didn't learn my lesson with that, I sent another pair of pants to be hemmed. I was promised them on the following Tuesday, so I could wear them to an event Wednesday. It is now Wednesday, no pants, three phone calls, lots of blah blah blah and excuses. Horrible cleaners, horrible customer service, avoid like the plague.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE! They have ruined two pieces of expensive clothing, one blouse and one pair of suit pants. In both cases "Kim" ultimately refused to pay anything because we could not prove the damage (rips from equipment snags) were due to their equipment. In the case of the suit pants, she first offered $40 for the replacement cost of $250 pants and when I refused this ridiculous offer she said that she would get them examined further.

She called back a week later to say that they were sent out to "International Textiles" who provided a "report" that said the damage was not due to dry cleaning. Suuuure.a perfectly good suit goes into your cleaners and comes out with a large rip in the crotch and some strange chemical stains on the legs and it's not your fault - I was just wearing that suit for the past several months and didn't notice the drafty breeze in my crotch or the dark blotches all over the pants. Riiiiiight. These people are criminals who cause expensive damage and then refuse to own up to their incompetence. This place can't go out of business fast enough in my opinion.

On 3 separate occasions alterations were not completed when promised. Once, one pant leg was hemmed, but not the other. Of course this wasn't discovered until I was getting ready for work the next morning. Another time, the coat that I dropped off for sleeve hemming was handed back to me on the pick up day, I got home and no work had been done on it at all.

And the third time, I got a call on my scheduled pick up day saying they were running behind a couple days. All the recompense management would offer for my extreme inconvenience was offer store credit. No thanks.never going back.

Ashley was extremely nice and super helpful. I had to put a rush order on some of my work uniforms and she was kind courteous and help me out with a smile and really seems like she genuinely cared about my stuff. Thank you Ashley for giving me a great experience

I do not recommend. They recently put a hole in a near new cashmere sweater and would not do anything about it. In about March of 2017 after winter, I brought my sweaters to be cleaned. I picked them up a few weeks later, but left them hanging in the plastic until September. I did not need them until the weather turned cold enough to wear them again.

When I took out my black sweater, I noticed the hole. I brought it back and they said I waited too long. Very convenient. They had the record that I had my sweaters cleaned but would still do nothing. Not even refund my cleaning bill. This was the manager that said this and it was conveyed to me by one of the staff, who was very nice. This will be the last time I use them and if you have clothing that you value, you will be taking a risk using them as well.

We've been taking our clothes to Art Cleaners since 2008. We've never had any issues and this past week when our down comforter exploded during their cleaning process they let us know immediately. They also rectified the issue within 24 hours. They actually went above and beyond anything we expected given that the down comforter was two years old and had been used a lot. I'm always grateful when a business knows its customers, admits a mistake, addresses quickly and graciously with no qualms or quibbles. Thank you for the service, you'll continue to always have ours.

I've had a number of bad experiences with Art Cleaners in Boulder, especially the location on North Broadway. They lost a belt to a cashmere coat; when I asked them to find it, they literally brought out a handful of black coat belts--so this is obviously a common occurrence. How hard can it be to keep the belt with the coat? They hemmed my pants too high, and discolored a silk sweater.

For some reason, I decided to give them another chance. BIG mistake. I took a cashmere sweater to them, and when I picked it up, it was full of holes. The customer "service" manager first claimed all the holes were already there (they weren't; they wouldn't have accepted the garment for cleaning if they were). Then she said it wasn't their fault.

Then she said she'd fix it--and when I picked it up, it had big, clumsy stitches all over the front. I finally realized the sweater was ruined, and asked them to make it right. Long story short: I had to fight tooth and nail for a $40 check. What's even more ridiculous is they said they'd give me $50, and decided to nickel and dime me one more time. BOTTOM LINE: don't take nice things to Art Cleaners, unless you'd like to shrink them, fade them, or have them returned full of holes.

My clothes are clean and the service polite and courteous, but they charge 4x the price of other cleaners in Boulder. For the price of having10 garments cleaned at Art cleaners, I could have bought an original oil painting from the Lucky's gallery wall.

Their twice-weekly free pick and delivery service couldn't make it any more convenient! I sent off a rather difficult leather paneled dress, and it was returned in impeccable condition. Plus, I just love their high-touch customer service: thank you notes via mail, email reminders of pick ups, etc. They are Green Earth cleaning, too, so you can be confident about the process. Thumbs up!

This is an excellent dry cleaning store close to my office. They use environmentally friendly drycleaning methods, my items that I brought there for cleaning turned out perfectly, just like new. They do offer a discount for first-time customers which was quite generous. I will return, next time I have clothes to dryclean. Excellent customer service, too!
