This is the 3rd time we've had Esteem Carpet cleaning clean our house. Our carpets are nearly 30 years old, and champagne-colored, which was tops back in the day. Our carpets were only 2 years old, but the renters had left them stained and matted. We planned to sell the house and thought we would have to replace the carpeting, but Esteem did a great job removing the stains and making the carpets look almost new. I saw the cost online and thought that it would be around $110 to do the job. When I called to confirm the answering message said that the minimum was now $150. When I went to pay it was $175. He was there about 1/2 hour. I did not inspect the job before he left because the carpeting was wet and when I did there were many places where it was still extremely dirty and I had to re-clean. Two things you should do when hiring this company.get a price before they start and inspect it thoroughly before they leave.

This used to be a great company when Matt owned it but has since changed owners and does a really poor job for a lot more money. He left a puddle of dirty water from cleaning on my carpet when the hose broke. No apologies when I called but just said "oh yeah, the hose came loose." He likely thought I wouldn't have bothered to call to complain because I had to ASK him to fix it, he didn't offer. I had to have it cleaned again by someone else since when he came back it still was not clean. Avoid, and call someone else.

Update 7/2019: Just had the carpets cleaned for a 3rd time with Esteem and new owner Ben. They did a great job like always. Arrived on time (early even!), protected the wood, were fast, and cleaned well. Courteous and professional. Ben is using a stronger machine and was able to get up a lot of pet and human hair.

Always sparkling clean, always prompt responses, super flexible. We recently moved, and when closing got rescheduled, they were able to accommodate the change. You won't be disappointed! I use them for my home and my office.

Great guys, good work and professional. I had a place where I knew my dog got even with me by pottying on the landing of the stairwell. They were able to identify the spots and took great care to make sure they got it all cleaned and smelling great. Would definitely use them for all my cleaning needs.

Matt is great! He returns calls in a timely manner, he knows how to treat the carpet according to the fiber (wool vs nylon, for example) and he will return if a spot does not come out of the fiber after the initial cleaning. Additionally, his prices are very competitive.

"Wow" is the only word that comes to mind. These guys have done our carpets three times now. They are always on time, completely prepared, efficient, polite, careful, and the quality of work is exceptional. We have pets which has challenged every other service. These guys seem to have the recipe that works.

I just had my carpets cleaned a few days ago. They hadn't been cleaned in five years, with three dogs, three kids, they were in horrible shape. When they came to clean he said he couldn't guarantee how they would turn out because of the bad shape. I am beyond impressed with how they turned out. The difference is night and day, and i have had so many compliments on what an incredible difference there is. Highly recommended!

My carpets look like new! The service is guaranteed for 30 days. They worked hard and genuinely desired to do a nice job. I could tell they take pride in their work. The quote upon arrival was extremely pricey compared to other cleaning companies. It was disheartening when they said they'd decrease the price if I wrote a Google review.made me wonder if they were charging me more than market value (hence a 4 star rating instead of 5).

They followed-up a few weeks later to make sure everything still looked good (and asked again if I'd write this review). The carpet service and their strong work ethic I love, but definitely concerned about the price. If you want clean carpets.these are the guys.just be ready to pay more.

Esteem Carpet Cleaning has been cleaning my carpets for almost 10 years now. I have hired other carpet cleaners in the past, but have found Esteem to be the best. They seem to have better equipment, their prices are reasonable, and the carpets are always as clean as they can get. Also, Matt is very knowledgeable about how to get any stain removed including pet stains. If he can't remove it, he will tell you up front.
