Our alterations professional has more than 25 years' experience in alterations and can give your clothes the professional tailoring they deserve.
It is a program designed to "give back" to local schools or organizations, whereby Crown Cleaners donates a portion of our sales to the school or organization of the customers' choice. Holders of this account agree to pay all collections or legal fees required to collect payment on delinquent accounts.

In the past few times I have picked up dry cleaning here, there have been stains they were unable to clean. Nothing has been said at drop off any of these times informing me these were challenging stains despite asking-- my preference is to dispose of a garment of clothing a cleaner doesn't think he can clean rather than waste the money to try. Service is usually friendly though occasionally rude.

Phenomenal service and amazing work! They have incredible communication and are as nice as can be! They have done absolute wonders with my formal dress - I came in with low standards of it being restored to its original state and they went above and beyond to make it look brand new. I've used Crown Cleaners for the past two years. The service has always been great! I recently had a concern about a shirt that didn't look right when I picked it up, and they cleaned it again without hesitation. The manager also called me to follow up and ensure my satisfaction. These folks are really great! Not only do they have the best prices in Bearden they have the fastest service and will put a rush on an item(s) if you need for a few bucks more. Maybe silly but getting in and out is BY FAR the easiest in Bearden. No hassle with strip mall traffic, pull in, pull out, it's that simple. Friendly staff and Don Holecek, Bearden store manager, is extremely hands-on and attentive. Great email reminders and emails to let you know about current deals too. You can't go wrong with these fine people!

Laurie and Melissa know what customer service is. Always pleasant and helpful. Their personalities make it a positive experience, every time I go in. The owner of Crown Cleaners is very attentive and customer-focused. While the store closes at noon on Saturdays, the owner offered to stay late in order to accommodate my later than noon arrival. He took time to ensure that he understood my cleaning needs and the cleaning would be ready when I needed it.
