Pet Butler

This is the best service I've ever had. I have a disability, so it's hard to keep my yard clean. I never have to worry about inviting people over or having other dogs visit. Our butler is very thorough. Bonus points because my dog loves him and gets belly rubs!

I love my pooper scoopers from Per Butler! It's one less thing I have to worry about. They are thorough and have great communication.

Maria has been helping us since day one. She is amazing! Very friendly, and gets the job done. The dogs are always excited when she comes over. There have been a couple of times we forgot to unlock the gate, but she always rings the doorbell to let us know and is always friendly about it. I recommend Pet Butler to everyone.

I really love this Pet Buttler poop scoop service. What a relief to have a clean backyard without having to constantly deal with doggy messes along with our busy schedules! They are prompt and thorough and I really appreciate the notifications prior to arrival and at the start of cleanup. Trustworthy, on time and reliable. It is a great deal for the $$ too!

This is the best service EVER! 100% worth it. They are super friendly and make the potty area smell great. I have them come 2x per week for my 2 dogs. It is so nice not to have to worry about poop building up. Their customer service email is also super responsive and was able to put my account on hold when my dogs were away at training.

This service is amazing! I've tried to train the new pup to use doggie lawns, or go in one area of the garden, but no luck. Our previous dog was just extra special I guess. We don't have grass, and it's a multi-tiered garden. I got sick of trying to keep up with it and found Pet Butler. I'm so glad I did! The price is amazing affordable. It's just so amazing how quickly Mike is able to get it all done. And he gets EVERYTHING! So worth it!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Pet Butler! My Family and I hired pet butler after seeing the mess we had after the snow finally melted and layers of our dogs mess surfaced onto our yard, more then any person would want to deal with. Pet butler showed up on time, text me upon arrival, and did a beautiful job! I wasnt sure if I was going to hire the service more then once, but they have sold us and I am in the process of finding our what I have to do to hire them for bi weekly service! Believe it or not, pet waste removal services are super helpful and worth every penny. Personally, instead of paying for a dog walker I rather pay for this especially if they take the poop away and not discard it in your trash can - something I appreciate very much. I've used Petbutler for now 2 years. I've witnessed Jason Varas de Valdes grow his business; his team is wonderful and friendly. Jason really cares about his business and I truly appreciate that, especially since he is an animal lover. Mike is the technician that comes weekly and he is very respectful, kind and a hard worker.

Keep in mind, Petbutler has a few franchises and I am only speaking for Jason's franchise. In addition, I like how I can work directly with Jason because the central customer service of Petbutler isn't reliable from my experience. I will continue to use Petbutler so long as I love here in the East Bay. Definitely hire Jason and his team - you won't regret it!

You cannot contact this company. I have called 3 times, and never get a call back. It states it's located in a town next to me, with a local number, and when you call. You get people in Illinois, I'm in NY. This is so frustrating. I just NEED help getting my yard clean of pet waste! I'm disabled, and cannot do it myself! This should NOT BE SO HARD

You will not be disappointed with Pet Butler! A great service for those of us that are constantly on the go with minimal time to take care of home. I reached out a couple of months ago to start my membership with Pet Butler after realizing I was neglecting my yard hygiene for my dog. Pet Butler made the sign-up and appointment scheduling process simple!

Once they arrived, we had a quick introduction and the service was swift and efficient. I even love how they come on time every week, and even though I am not home during the service, I am always excited to get to my yard after a day of work and notice how sparkling clean and fresh it smells! BONUS POINTS: the service is customizable, so you can add your own interval schedule and added services. Pet Butler is now a frequent friend of mine and my pup. This is a great service that my son suggested to me to use. It certainly cuts down on my work with four dogs. Jason is very nice to work with; he is prompt, courteous and does a wonderful job. I totally recommend this service. It will make your life happier!

This service is well worth the money for me. My husband works long hours and my son is never home between work and school. I have a disease and a really bad back that makes it too difficult to do this work myself. I very much appreciate the great job that Jason does. He also takes time to love on and play a little with my pups Teddy and Susie Q. They adore him. I highly recommend this company is you have pup poop and have no time or dont want to scoop it yourself.

We love this service! Great communication and the best pricing around. They offer text alerts prior to your tech's arrival as well. We have 4 dogs, and pet butler offers the most for your $ by far. Our tech is very sweet to our babies as well! We have been using this company for over a year now, and have zero complaints.

Son left to college and I wasn't picking up the poop so someone recommended Pet Butler. I called and lady on line was very nice and prices and dates worked for me so I have it a try. OMG LOVE IT! They text me when they get to my house to let me know they arrived. They know I need them there before 2pm because my landscaper comes at 2:30 to mow and they have always been on time. I highly recommend Pet Butler. I'm on my second month of service and it's the best money I've spent in a long time. My yard looks great!

Jason with Pet Butler has been one of the best services that I have ever signed up for. I have had his services for going on 3 months and I plan on keeping them indefinitely. We have 2 Boston terriers and am signed up with Jason for a once a week service. It's so nice to know that there is a thorough and professional removal done for our backyard.
