They were friendly but needed your landlord of your mobile home park to give permission to look under our home. Really? Then they asked the same questions over because the girl did not listen very well or could not understand English speaking person's.

We didn't end up using this company because when we asked them about covid precautions and policies they glossed right over and ignored my question. If safety in your house during this pandemic means anything to you then maybe check out a different company.

We had water damage from a sneaky leak behind our fridge, as well as some mold festering in the basement and kitchen. Bill and his team did an outstanding job in a timely, efficient fashion, with great communication every step of the way. Highly recommended.

We hired Dry Pros for mold remediation and prevention (installing a moisture barrier, sump pump, etc.) in a basement area. We were extremely pleased with their work and would definitely use them again should the need arise. This family business knows how to handle a mold problem. The owner gave us a detailed plan for removal, mitigation, and restoration that was understandable and helped a great deal with our insurance claim. His son, the operations manager, was knowledgeable, conscientious, and very responsive to us. The crew was hard working and friendly. We're happy with what they did, particularly with the encapsulated crawl space.

With a flooding crawlspace, Dry Pros did a great job of inspecting the problems and conceiving solutions. They implemented the solutions even when a crisis threatened the schedule. Their work is fully satisfactory.

I have used Dry Pros on a number of occasions and found them to do excellent work. They are knowledgeable, hard working, courteous and neat. They put in an indoor basement drain system that has kept the basement dry during the worst of rains. In doing so, they found mold and took care of that. I have used them for water damage and repair and restoration of another property. I have noting for high praise for the company and individuals involved.

We had a major mold problem in the lower level (2 bedrooms, bath, large family room and large "basement" area). Dry Pros did an outstanding job dealing with this problem. It's work not only included removing all mold from the structure (floors, walls, ceilings, etc.), but also taking furniture, books, an important collection of dolls - essentially everything else - to its own facility for mold removal and repacking.

All this work, mold remediation and removal/return of portable property, was done for Dry Pro's originally estimated cost - actually a bit less, even though the job wound up involving some additional effort not included in the estimate. We had previously used Dry Pros to deal with an outside water leakage issue in the lower level of the house. This work was also performed to our complete satisfaction at a very reasonable cost. The lower level has remained "bone dry" since this work was done several years ago.

The men who have come to clean my carpet for years have always been very helpful in moving the heavy furniture. Always very polite and respectful. They have been cleaning my carpet for years and I will not call on anyone else.

We had them come in and take care of our massive amount of carpeted church space and it looked excellent. (Side note: We have several people in our church who can't be around smells that often are present after cleanings like this and they assured us that it wouldn't be a problem. and it wasn't. Life went on as normal in both our children and adult gathering spaces after the cleaning.)

We have used Bill and the gang several times, always providing excellent service and cleaner than new carpets and upholstery! They have been a blessing every time!
