Went in a few weeks ago and my visit still left a bad taste in my mouth. STAY AWAY unless you like being followed and watched and overpaying for basic cleaning supplies. the owner was nasty and rude the minute i walked in. she would barely answer my questions except with short, unhelpful comments. save your money for other small businesses, this one doesn't deserve it.

I first bought supplies here about 15 years ago. Staff was very helpful. I have since been in now and then and appreciate what they have to offer. Is it under different management? Just a tad bit different on friendliness scale but maybe they have had some bad customers? Maybe people have stolen from them? I have no idea but I will still give them my business and my recomendation!

Expensive, no customer service Lady followed me around the entire time as I was trying to shop and make a decision. Asked if the price was the reason I was thinking about the purchase. They don't stand by their products. I purchased scraper blades that were all bent, had my receipt and they wouldn't take it back. Do yourself a favor and buy products online. You'll save yourself some serious money and serious headache.
