A-1 Sewer & Septic Service

On a Wednesday after several days of rain, I experienced a backup of the waste water in my finished lower level. This was not due to the rain, but I knew that many people were experiencing water issues due to the rain & it was going to be a challenge to get someone on my issue quickly. Based on a reference from a friend, I called A1 and they were able to come that day and start working on the backup. Chris, the technician who came was very professional & worked hard to get the clogs cleared from our pipes. The cost was very affordable! I would highly recommend A1 to anyone who needs their services!

A-1 Sewer & Septic is amazing! Our main drain was backing up and they were able to have a tech on site within 2 hours of our call. Todd was the service tech and he was very professional, friendly and efficient. He fixed the problem quickly and explained everything he did. A-1 offered the best price compared with the other companies we called, and unlike others, they were able to get there the same day and did not try to sell additional services that we didn't need.

This happened on the weekend which makes their speedy service and pricing even more impressive. We are so thankful to have found such a great, honest company to do business with.

I have always received great service from A-1 Sewer & Septic. This time it wasn't an emergency, but they came out the same day I called them. Michael was the service provider and he did an excellent job of explaining what he was doing. He got right to work and checked everything and cleaned the drains. He was very polite and did great work. I am very pleased with A-1 Sewer.

Your tech named Chuck goes above and beyond. He's been in my house more times than I would like because I'm always doing something wrong and messing up my plumbing the guy is honest on-time professional kind generous spirit always willing to explain what I could do better and double and triple checks with me that I'm satisfied before he leaves. He's very very careful to lay out tarps to make sure his machines don't mess up my property.

This last visit his big machine scratched some paint off my doorstep by my front door on the threshold. The guy offered to paint it I told him I would do that but he went and got some sandpaper out of his truck and sanded all the Ruff Edges out. Amazing guy never met a tech with any company any more conscientious or more kind than Chuck. A1 sewer septic is aces with me. Everybody they've ever sent out has been stellar. We were very glad to have the referral to this company. The scheduling team was easy and listened to the issue that we had and got a tech scheduled promptly. The technician's name was Chuck and he was very courteous, and explained the circumstance as well as answered all of our questions. Chuck was very tidy in his work and did not leave any messes behind. I would recommend this company.

The owner of the company came out to my residence to inspect a gas smell in the house. The methane type smell had been the bane of my living situation for quite a long time. I originally had AB May do an inspection and they could not detect the issue. With that, they recommended a sewer smoke test be performed for $1500. I called around for a second opinion and finally got hooked up with A-1 Septic.

They quoted $450 for a smoke test but did an inspection before conducting it. A-1 detected the issue in under 5 minutes. Was charged $150 and I am back to breathing clean and healthy air again in my home. I'm enthusiastic about it and will refer anyone who needs service to A-1. Spectacular and fair!

This company is by far the best in the city. They do an amazing job. I will recommend for all of my friends and family. Isaac, the technician that came to our house, was very knowledgeable. He didn't try to oversell me on products/services that we didn't need. He was honest with the work that needed to be performed. The prices were fair and the work was completed in a timely manner once he arrived. I will definitely call A-1 with future needs.

They were quick and able to get me in the next day. Technician was fast, professional and clean. Gave us great information on future services that may be needed if our problem persists. We've had the same problem for years and he fixed it with no problem and have not had an issue since. We will use A-1 again for future plumbing problems!

Using this company from now on! I had another local company come out this morning for a clogged kitchen sink. They said the issue was in the main line and they couldn't help me. Dave from A-1 was out within an hour or two of calling A-1. He determined the issue was in fact in the kitchen drain and had it running - for a lower price than the originally company that fixed nothing. Highly recommend using A-1 - they were quick, professional, friendly, actually fixed the problem, and were very reasonably priced.

I was referred to A-1 by my plumber who no longer does drain service. Scheduling an appointment was easy and the technician, Chris was prompt. He cleared the clog in our drain in roughly 10 min. So thankful I found this company! Our main sewer was backing up into our basement at the floor drain. Had 2 other companies come out and each were unsuccessful at unclogging as their machines only ran 100 feet out and our tree root blockage was at 110 feet. Isaac was our service tech from A1 Sewer & Septic and he was very knowledgeable, helpful and hardworking.

We were highly impressed with his professionalism and expertise. We had some major tree root blockage he was able to clear out. They use a heavy duty machine with a 3 inch blade on the end to ensure they actually clean out the entire sewer line unlike most of these other companies that use the small snake machine and only create a small opening causing the line to back up again and again in the near future. Highly recommend this company and will never use any other company for sewer and plumbing issues.

I highly recomend A-1 Sewer & Septic. They were prompt and did an excellent job following up with phone calls to notify when the technician was on his way. But the most important thing of all was the wonderful young man, Ricardo. He knew exactly what to do and even helped clean up the basement floor which was a real blessing. We called A-1 Sewer and Septic about a sewer line that was backing up into our basement. Within the hour Matt arrived and started working on cleaning out the main sewer line. He was prompt, friendly, polite and professional. He got the sewer line cleaned out and cleaned up the area. We highly recommend A-1 Sewer and Septic if you are having issues with your sewer line. We felt they were reasonably priced as well.

A-1 came out to repair my pump for my septic system. The repair required two visits to diagnose, but both technicians were very professional, personable, and did a great job. Unfortunately when the quote was provided ($4,000) A-1 refused to provide any explanation of the costs as they relate to the scope of work. I ended up getting this repaired for $500, for about 30 min worth of work. Shop around
