I came home to water coming through my ceiling from the condo unit above. Service Master went above and beyond - Noel was my project manager who came first and explained what he found and what would happen next with the water mitigation. David and Julio performed the necessary removal of drywall, cabinets and a baseboard that were damaged. They walked me through why they were doing what they had to do, and the condo was dry within 3 days. Dennis came by to do the inspection each day to update me on the situation. They made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with.

ServiceMaster NCR was excellent! We had black trusses in a new build and their cleaning process was indescribable! The wood is no longer dark. The job was completed quickly and everyone I spoke with is cooperative, pleasant, and quick to respond. I have no hesitation about using them, if needed, in the future. ServiceMaster performed a great job of water remediation following a leak in our home. Extra kudos to technicians Oscar and Benard who removed the damaged flooring and drywall and set-up the dehumidifying equipment in one day. They also cleaned up all the mess and exhibited great customer service and professionalism during the process. I would highly recommend this company.

Chris Coffin is the director of Production that I have dealt with on several occasions. To put it simply, Chris makes YOUR emergency HIS emergency. His responsiveness and sense of urgency are second-to-none, and quickly puts you at ease in the midst of crisis.

This guy is going to see you through to the finish line -- 100%. And rest assured, the job is going to be done right. His ability to mobilize people and materials at a moments notice is absolutely incredible, and I consider Chris one of the most valuable resources I have. I work for a home-builder. I have used ServiceMaster for major clean-ups on the job, and have consulted him for personal jobs as well. Chris and ServiceMaster NCR are tried and true -- they should be anyone's first call for restoration every time.

It's not often does a commercial building owner gets to praise a contactor but I am more than pleased to express my appreciation for the water damage cleanup and mold removal ServiceMaster performed. Service Master NCR is a company you hope you never need--but when you did need them they are fantastic. I was incredibly impressed with their responsiveness, professionalism, efficiency, and thoughtfulness. Their work was precise and they made every effort to minimize the damage to my home while also ensuring all of our mold was remediated. They left our house cleaner than its probably ever been and completed the work in an incredibly timely fashion.
