Steve Jordan Exceptional Cleaning

We recently moved into a new home. The house was great except for two of the bedrooms had a very distinguishable dog odor which we did not pick up on until we moved in. After using a brand name major for cleaning company the odor still existed. I called a local carpet company and explained the problem to them. I asked how much it'd would be to replace the carpet or if they would recommend someone to clean it and they referred me to Steve Jordan. Steve came out and after gaining a good understanding of the problem, cleaned the carpets with special chemicals and enzymes which were successful in removing the pet odor.

Prior to calling Steve I had just about resigned myself to replacing the carpet but he did such a terrific job there was no need for that. He is professional, friendly, punctual and affective. He really knows his business and he is dedicated to making the customer happy. I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you Steve!

Steve and Steve Jr. are the BEST carpet and upholstery cleaners I've ever had! They're so GREAT that I would never have anyone else clean my carpet or upholstery--and I've never had anyone else! We have a Golden Retriever who likes to steal and eat Oreo cookie crusts and spill coffee on the carpet, so Steve and Steve Jr. have been very instrumental and successful in getting those horrible stains out of off-white carpet. I had Steve Jordan Exceptional Cleaning clean my kitchen tile and master bath tile floors. The results were amazing.my grout had traffic patterns that I could not get clean - just kept getting dingier and dingier looking. Very professional, no sales pressure at all for other services - which I appreciate, arrived right at appointment time. I have used them twice previously over the last 5 years to clean my carpets. Wonderful company!

They should change their name to PHENOMENAL Cleaning, Inc. Steve and his son did an awesome job (once again) on cleaning our carpets. Both of them are very professional, courteous and always arrive when they say they will. They were able to get stains out of my carpet that other carpet cleaning companies could not. I made the mistake of hiring another carpet cleaning service to clean my carpets only to find out that they were not as good as Exceptional Cleaning, Inc. Steve Jr. made sure that I was pleased with the work performed before he left.

My carpet looks brand new again! They really make it difficult to switch to hardwood or tile floors with the incredible job they do and their prices are reasonable enough that I don't have to rent a carpet shampooer anymore and try to do what they can do even better than I can. I will definitely use them again. Highly, highly recommend them! You won't be disappointed.

Steve did a great job on our floors today! We had our grout and carpets done in our home and then they also found time to quote AND clean two large area rugs and our large, sectional sofa. all in the same visit?! I was sure they'd need to schedule another appointment! Everything is so fresh, clean, bright, and shiny. The dog smell is completely gone from our carpets! My wife and I were really pleased with the thorough, professional, same-day service and would recommend Steve to anyone!

Steve gave us an estimate for carpet and tile cleaning that was less expensive than a well-known national carpet cleaning company. He arrived on time and explained the process of cleaning four bedrooms, a hall way and stairway as well as the tile on our kitchen floor. The entire process took a about 2 hours. We could not be happier with the results. The 30 year-old tile and grout lines look like new. We would certainly recommend him to anyone and look forward to doing business with him in the future.

Steve Jordan Exceptional Cleaning revealed a wonderful terrazzo floor under 7 layers of linoleum and evidence of a flood. They were a wonderful family team and accomplished this job quickly with no messes. We are much appreciated of their services.

Exceptional is the experience I had! Steve and Steve Jr are wonderful. Very friendly, helpful, professional. I am amazed at how beautiful my carpets turned out after their exceptional cleaning. I have three dogs that made quite a few stains on the carpet. We honestly thought that we would have to replace the carpet but decided to try and clean it first. Wow. I never knew my carpet and tile were as filthy as they were. I called Steven Jordan for a free estimate, within 2 hours the son of the owner came to my home. His name was Steven, he was an exceptional young, respectable, informative, polite man. showed up in a nice lettered van and respectable uniform. He cleaned a square on my carpet and tile to show me how much filth has accumulated over the year I've been in my home.

I was shocked to see my carpet and tile look brand new in those spots. Steven informed me how it got so bad, then for a very reasonable price I wound up getting my entire house done with him. I am very pleased with this company, and definitely would recommend them to anyone. I actually have another appointment to get my furniture done as I was unaware they even did that.
