UPS store in Middletown, OH is horrible : they should be investigated for deliberately destroying packages Heather is the obese middle aged mngr there, she along with a low IQ had horrible service skills. I imagine the owner does not know of her losing a lot of business

HAD republic services trash services HA HA SERVICES? They missed more times than they picked up. But i paid them anyway for over a year when i did NOT USE THEM @ ALL. I decided to give them another try. Talked to MANY PEOPLE over a 2 -3 week period. I was PROMISED I WOULD NOT BE MISSED after many explanations and sorry we missed you. And PROMISES it would be corrected.

It was not though. Everyone i talked to was helpful on the phone. But trash day trash was still left sitting there till i brought it back in a day or 2 or 3 later. AND NO IT WASNT A HOLIDAY PICK UP THAT WAS MISSED. I said if it's missed again i will cancel. It was & i did. Got receipt that i OWE ZERO money. Talked to people that said account was closed. GOOD! NOW today almost a month later i receive a bill, !

I MEAN COME ON! Whats going on? Who works there? I have a computer message saying acct. was closed. A 3 weeks ago bill saying i owe nothing! Today i owe? COME ON! I HOPE SOMEONE CAN GET THIS ALL STRAIGHTENED OUT. I CANT SEEM TO BE ABLE TO

Vinebrook Homes in Dayton is Terrible I did a walk through with their agent, and the place smelled good (she had gotten there early and sprayed a bunch of fragrance spray).she claimed the carpets had just been cleaned also. I go 1 week later to sign the lease and get my keys.this time when I walked in I noticed the house smelled like a dirty animal and it smelled moldy.come to fine out there was mold under kitchen cabinets.

I complained for almost 2 months before they finally half way fixed the issue they switched 3 of the cabinets out, but left one and used the same counter top:/ I've also mentioned that my kitchen heat vent fills with water every time it rains. I've put in 3 different work orders about this.one in September, one in February and another in March.still no response from Vinebrook and no date scheduled for them to come fix this issue. VINEBROOK IS BY FAR THE WORST PLACE I'VE EVER LIVED, AND THE MOST INCONSIDERATE AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I'VE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH! THEY'RE GIVING HUBER HEIGHTS A BAD NAME

Tackett's Tree Service, Dayton, OH We had tree trimming and removal on property. I am very pleased of the workmanship of the employees regarding safety and clean-up. They did a fantastic job and I would recommend their services. Thank you!

Fox air just put a new furnace in my home thru Montgomery community action agency. The furnace is not working and they have no emergency number to call. Neither company answer their phone. I have no heat in my home! It is freezing!

Do not do business with Nic Noe of New Age Home Restoration. He and Mike Holger solicited roofing jobs in Yankee Trace last spring. We and several neighbors had our roofs replaced by them. He was to provide a 15 year warranty on our Owens Corning roof which he failed to do after many attempts to contact him. We also have a loose shingle that he said he would repair and have heard nothing from either of these men after leaving multiple phone messages and emails.

Over the last few years, we've had Schaefer & Company install windows, doors, side our home, and put on a new roof. They have always been honest, reliable, and done excellent work. They stand behind their products and have completed any necessary repairs.at no cost. Thank you!

Rob is a very fine person. Honest courteous, kind, and always prompt. He cleans up after he's done. He does a very professional service and I for one would recommend and use him again and again. Rob also helped me when I left my keys locked in my car. God blessed me with his kindness.!

I had an excellent experience with Pro Safe Insulation in Beavercreek Ohio. Jeff the owner came out on Christmas Eve to give me an estimate on insulating my attic and exterior walls. He was very knowledgeable about the process, materials, and energy rebates. The team was very prompt, professional, and efficient. They explained the process and gave a time estimate for completion, (and they did complete within the estimated time).

They also cleaned up before they left. The team noticed while working that one wall had already been insulated at some point. Jeff deducted the wall off of my invoice which saved me money. Truly impressed to find such a trustworthy company! In addition to this work, they also insulated my crawlspace and did an outstanding job. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend them if you are looking to insulate your home.
