The carpet in the closet was not cleaned. The technician asked my husband if we wanted the closet done, to which my husband replied, "whatever we are paying for" because he wasn't the one who set up the appointment and didn't want to tell the man different than what I requested. On the invoice it stated 4 areas were to be cleaned.one being the closet, but only 3 areas were cleaned.

So we paid for 4, but only got 3 serviced because the technician failed to read the instructions on the invoice. We were getting pictures taken the next morning for the sale of our home. I was very disappointed that the carpet in my closet looked dirty compared to the rest of the room.

This was the first time I've ever had my carpets professionally cleaned. I usually clean them myself. I saw three separate coupons in a paper ad and figured I give one of them a try. I picked American Carpet Masters solely based on their reviews. Even though all three companies had some negative reviews, ACM had far less. The first thing I noticed was how nice the lady was when I called to schedule an appointment.

Her phone professionalism was top notch. ACM called me a day before the appointment, and Jake the technician called again the day of the appointment to let me know that he was just a little ways away. When Jake arrived, he was very courteous, very professional, explained what he was going to do during the house walkthrough, and went right to it. When he was done I was amazed at how good the carpets looked!

During the 2nd walkthrough Jake gave me recommendations on what I needed to do to maintain the cleanliness of the Carpet especially in the high traffic areas, and he also explained things about carpet that I had no clue about. An all around GREAT experience from the appointment call to the completion of the carpet cleaning. I definitely picked the right carpet cleaning company, and I'll definitely be using them in the future! Thanks ACM!

American Carpet masters is a phenomenal local business with incomparable customer service. After a family member suffered a medical event that caused damage to his carpet, Jake came to our rescue. Not only were we able to get an appointment in less than 24 hours, but Jake came at the beginning of our appointment window, came up with a plan to address an impossible stain, and alleviated all of our worries and stress, all for a very fair price.
