I am a contractor and I waited for 20 minutes for a parking lot in Miami Beach, when the parking space was finally vacated, some men from this company came with some bags of debris and took the parking lot from me, I explained to them that I had been waiting for 20 minutes and they told me that I go to another place, they had their van parked in another place and they moved it to the place that they had been waiting for 20 minutes, very bad form, very unprofessional, the gentlemen treated me very badly

Problem: Rain water damage into master bedroom & bathroom during flat roof replacement on 5/28/21 which necessitated my calling ServPro restoration over the Memorial Day Weekend: Everyone I dealt with from the persons responding to the first to last phone calls and the 3 servicemen professionals did an excellent job! They explained what they were doing and what to expect.

The Serv Pro team of Weston/West Davie were super professional, helpful, and detailed with their work. There was always someone available to address my questions and concerns. They helped us with water remediation after our first floor flooded and replaced the flooring. Brad was the project manager and he was very polite, knowledgeable and was determined to make sure we were satisfied with their work.

From start to finish they were very neat, always cleaning up at the end of the day. Home construction can be a huge burden, but they went out of their way to make it pleasant! The floor installers did a great job. They arrived on time and were very detailed with their work. Brad came back for a final inspection and made sure we were happy with the final product. I can't say enough about the ServPro team. I will definitely call them again!

My "experiences" with ServPro of Weston, were exceptional, they exceeded every expectation. Owner Russ Locandro, attends to his customers as if they were his personal friends. Two separate property losses in less than a 2 week period, and there was Russ with his professional team to the rescue. He was very professional & his response time was outstanding, but most importantly, he was very kind & compassionate with my situation.

He handled everything in a very sensitive & professional manner, even went out of his way to assist in the filing of the claim with the insurance company. Highly recommend them.
