I requested them for deep cleaning, and they hardly cleaned the house. The service was very horrible and instead of cleaning their maids messed up the bed even more with putting the trash bag on the bed and forgetting to clean it. They did not clean one whole room because they were in a hurry to go somewhere else. On top of all this their manager Kimberly was yelling and shouting when i told them they havent cleaned the house properly.

I scheduled a first time service. The person who was slotted never showed up. I neither got an apology for the canceled services from them nor a call. I tried calling them back several times after waiting for 30 minutes and they didn't pick up. A week later I see that my card was charged for the first time cleaning and I called them back to get the charge to be refunded back to my account. It left a very bad taste in my mouth. Uber unprofessional and disappointing.

I opted for Deep cleaning from Maid to please! However, not satisfied with the service they have provided for the price! They were not professional at all. We had to constantly keep instructing them for cleaning this and that. They seem to be new. They were not willing to move the stuff from the places until we tell them to do so. Didn't meet our expectations. Moreover, they seem to be in a rush. Not going for Maid to Please next time.

I usually do not write a review but I feel the need to share my experience to save someone from receiving the same services I did. I had originally contacted Maid to Please two weeks prior to my scheduled appointment. When I contacted them and spoke with the customer rep, I asked for a specific time. She informed me that she will call me the day before my appointment to give me a time.
I've never heard of a company that doesn't actually schedule the potential customer for the time they requested instead of having to call 2 weeks later on the day before the day of service, but OK. When the day before my appointment arrived, it was afternoon when I noticed I had not heard from the company. So I reached out and called and spoke back with the rep asking for a specific time.
She informed me that she has NOT made the schedule yet but would be doing so shortly and she will call me back. She called me back about an hour later and gave me a timeframe of between 10-11am. The day arrived for services. The two employees arrived 38 minutes late without calling to inform they were running late. No worries, I still let them in to clean.
I paid $205 for deep cleaning and as they was working their way down the stairs where I was sitting, I noticed the employee was faintly dusting with a duster. I asked her so she plan to use cleaning and dusting substance and she responded with "sure I can." As they finished cleaning, they screamed they were done and left. Customer Service is everything.
It is what makes or break a company. It is unfortunate that as a result to the half services that was provided along with the lack of customer-centric mannerisms, I will not use the services again neither will I recommend them to anyone.

My family moved up here a little over a month ago and soon found with our new jobs we had little time to clean. We decided to give the Maid to Please service a try and they have been great! They are always on time and do a great job. It is such a big help and very affordable. Well worth the money! -Pat
