I was really excited and happy to have my house cleaned. The ladies were nice and did a decent job on the bathrooms and kitchen appliances but I must say I felt totally ripped off by paying for what I thought. would be more of a deep spring cleaning and not the same job I could have hired a regular cleaner to do for a quarter of the price. I don't remember the last time I left a bad review. But as much as I feel bad I wouldn't want some else to be as disappointed as I was.

The cleaning ladies broke one of the slats in the verticals in my bedroom. They put the cleaned slat in with extra slats to not bring to my attention that they broke the slat from its clip bearing. I didn't realize vertical slat missing (broken at the clip at the top) till I closed the blinds that night. Now that I call the office about this matter the office manager wanted me to talk with the ladies about what was broken.

I didn't feel comfortable to be put in this position. When now I should've had them come to my house to show what was broken by one of the cleaning ladies. Now that the manager called the cleaning ladies the cleaning ladies lied. They made as though we had a conversation about the broken slat and I said not to worry about it. Right! Outright lies, when we had no such conversation.

If we did why would I be calling to inform the manager of the broken vertical slat? Then I mention to the manager how perhaps they are afraid to lose their job (when it's a simple thing). The manager said how they aren't afraid to lose their job because if something is broken they tell her and the company fixes it. Do not use this company to clean your house because if they break something they won't admit to it?

Then what they break becomes your fault for using their cleaning business in the first place. I'm going to report Sun Cleaning to the Better Business Bureau so others will know what type of company they are dealing with. This is very sad when they do a good job cleaning. But if a person (business) isn't honest in their dealings with their fellow human beings it makes no difference what a good job they do when their integrity is in question.

Sun cleaning has cleaned for me for almost 2 years, the girls were always on time, efficient and honest. The job they did was always good and if I had any problems (only 1 time was it not cleaned to their standard) they had the girls come back immediately and correct the problem. I highly recommend them!

Sun Cleaning came to my house and did an AWESOME A+ job! I wish I would have used them sooner. I'm going on a regular schedule thanks for making my life easier!

I would not recommend this company. I recently used them to deep clean a small empty 2/2 condo, it was not fully cleaned. The ladies couldn't finish in two hours, and i was not informed. I had to call myself to get the status. The simple things to be cleaned were not cleaned at all, light fixtures, fans, shower glass doors, etc. The service over the phone was not full customer support when I called to inform of what the ladies did not clean. I was very disappointed in the overall service.

I have a condo in the south Florida Ft. Lauderdale area and have used Sun Cleaning services numerous times to come in to clean my condo. They have been professional and trustworthy and leave my place looking clean and tidy. I'd recommend to anyone looking for maid service in the south Florida area.

We are new to the Fort Lauderdale area and found Sun Cleaning and tried them out. We were very happy with the service we received. The people were very friendly, which means a lot as I am Texas native who is used to southern hospitality and was impressed. More importantly they did an excellent job on the cleaning of our condo and we will definitely use them again! Once you find someone who is great and trustworthy you don't let go. Thank you for all your hard work - we definitely appreciated it!

We had used Sun Cleaning on the date stated and we called them recently to have them clean our place, and things went quickly downhill. Apparently, the owner never answers the phone and is an absentee owner. In his place, he put a woman who barely speaks intelligible English and doesn't know much beyond reciting the standard script of rates. If there is any question or problem she can't answer it and it's apparently above her skills. Consequently, I asked the owner to call me since his order taker/ receptionist was giving us ridiculously high prices to clean our places ($45/hr. and $135 to clean our small place). Needless to say the owner is so lazy that he never even bothered to return our call.

And judging by the poor reviews he and Sun Cleaning have received here maybe it's a good thing. It seems this business has gone completely downhill and maybe this is just one of the owner's pet projects that he is do busy or too thrifty to have well run. I'll pass on them and I would recommend you do the same! Not only do the people scheduling the appointments not speak English, all of the girls are illegal aliens and hardly speak a word of English!

Would not be surprised to learn that this place got shut down for hiring illegals. The "receptionist" does not listen, the manager was just plain brutal. They told me that their cleaners said that the number of my address changed (?), I've used them a few times and usually no one speaks a word of English. Its necessary to use hand signals and body language to communicate with them.

I would recommend them only if you're fluent in Spanish and don't mind the extremely long wait time (over an hour today) and the even worse customer service by the "receptionist" and "manager". Buyer beware!

I hired Sun Cleaning to do a move-in cleaning service for my new house. While they were on time and did the job in three hours as promised, the house was barely cleaned. There was dirt in the corners, toilets were still dirty, dust was everywhere but, as honest people, we paid for the service even though it was not completed. When I called a week later to complain, I was met with such rudeness from Pilar (manager and so-called owner), I was blown away.

I initially agreed with her that I should have called right away but I was in the middle of a huge move, construction and organizing other contractors and workers to come in. Calling a week later was my fault, but I was still a paying customer who deserved to be shown good customer service. The complete disrespect for a paying customer was astounding: - Pilar suggested my husband call because he was the one who paid the women, I should not be calling to speak for him. - I asked if they would come out and clean free of charge to make up for the time before and she blatantly said no. - I hired another company to come in and clean up their mess and she told me it was bad business and a stupid way to spend my money. - She told me I was a bad person for threatening to write a bad review and then hung up on me.

I asked who the owner was and she said she wouldn't tell me, then, after asking four times, she said it was her. If Pilar is truly the business owner, shame on her for treating a paying customer that way. As I stated before, I will take the blame for not calling right away but for a business to not do anything to try and rectify a bad situation they caused is beyond me. Stay away from this company. I assure you, your money is better spent elsewhere.

We needed our Coral Springs condo cleaned prior to our arrival and began our search from Connecticut. Sun Cleaning is one of the best south Florida decisions we have made! Their team is incredibly professional and friendly. They work to get everything completed within the time allotted are VERY, VERY trustworthy. In fact, we have had the Sun Cleaning team enter and clean our home while we are in Connecticut. Moreover, every nook and cranny, including our patio, is spic and span and smells wonderful.
