My experience with Maid to Clean has been wonderful. Marleny and her team show up each week and make our house sparkle. The whole team, (Group 11 - Enamorado, Mirna and Franci) is a delight. I not only look forward to how clean my home will be when they finish, but I enjoy their personalities. They are consistent, efficient, and hard working! I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the service I have received from Maid to Clean.

I recently moved to Alexandria and a friend referred Maid To Clean. I am very impressed with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the office staff and the women who clean my house. I have use Maid to Clean twice for deep cleans and have been amazed each time at the level of detail! They get everything done, and very quickly. We first used them after we hadn't had the house cleaned in over a year (pandemic), and we had not kept up with things very well. It was like a whole new house! I cant believe how much they get done in just a few hours. I will be continuing to use - thank you!

I've been a satisfied client of Maid to Clean for well over a decade. That should tell you something right there. Their customer service is excellent and timely. The cleaning service team is always prompt. And they do a great job. If you are looking for a company to provide housekeeping services, look no further than Maid to Clean.

All but one of the teams that came to my apartment to clean did a wonderful job. When there was one team that came when I was ill, and did a poor job, the manager in the office was fairly polite, aggressive at times and implied that I was making up the problem. She also accused me of having a cleaning crew come while I had Covid, which is something I would never willfully do and I isolated while the cleaning team was here and I thought I had a cold.

She also questioned my honesty when I called and realized that an antique Waterford wineglass was missing and probably broken by the one team that did a poor job while I was ill; as I would never lie about auch a thing and was basically blown off, being told that "they were bonded" and therefore the cleaners are not responsible, I would say this was the lowest level of customer service from a manager I've ever encountered. (I would have called the owner of the business if I knew how to.) There is more to say but the quality of work is generally very good and the cleaners are very thorough.

They mostly have done a great job. That being said, if you have a problem with anything or someone accidentally breaks one of your family's Waterford wine glasses, you can expect understated hostility, defensiveness and zero customer service in solving the problem from the office manager.

I read the reviews of how professional this company is in the office and field workers. I just called them and that is not what I experienced. I was talking to Sandy about their services, we were discussing windows and how the works Don not open them to clean the tracks. And someone has to be here to open the windows for them. I stated that no one was going to be here.

Her response was" Well then I don't think we are the company for you" said goodbye and hung up. That is not polite or professional. It would have been if she stayed on the phone to figure out a solution. I would have no problem being here if I was not moving out of state this Wednesday. I was getting the house cleaned because I am now going to rent it! I tried to call beck to talk to Sandy, but she didn't answer the phone. Sad that is how you treat a potential client!

Hired MTC for initial deep clean with future recurring cleanings, in the thick of the holiday season (think: a couple of days before Dec. 25) and they squeezed me in before New Years! I am blown away by their attention to detail, their eco friendly methods, their promptness, and their courteous communication. I walked into a house that felt happy! Sparkling and shiny. Things that I thought were just permanent stains, they magically removed.

I mean, years ago someone spilled nail polish in a toilet bowl and I've never been able to get it off. Well, it's gone now. GONE! Yes, they are more expensive than a lot of other places. They are also less expensive than a lot of other places. Knowing that their staff are employees not independent contractors, that they are paid a living wage, that they are long term employees, and that I'm supporting a woman-owned, local business makes spending a little more worth it to me. It's a reasonable price to pay for the quality of work and service they provide.

Very easy to schedule. Reasonably priced, quick and efficient. Exactly what I needed current monthly deep clean.

Requested to start up regular cleaning with Maid to Clean. I appreciated that they were a small biz with eco friendly products. So far so good. They were supposed to come to my house for an initial "deep clean" during a specified window of time. When they completely blew through that time window I called them to reschedule. When they did finally come there were 3 women, none of them spoke enough English to communicate even the most basic of cleaning instructions.

The eco-friendly cleaner they brought. COMET! My house is brand new and there was no way I was going to let someone scratch up my new enamel sinks and tubs with abrasive cleaner. I tried to ask them what they planned to clean my marble and granite counter tops with but no one could understand me even with my sad limited Spanish. They cleaned my house with whatever they had while I held my tongue.

What was most pathetic was the company charged me a $50 "cancellation change" for rescheduling the cleaning that they technically missed, not me and then threaten me with collections if we don't pay up (we did pay for the cleaning we received). Needless to say I won't be dealing with them again.

They said they did a deep cleaning it was an empty house. Every closet and cabinet would be cleaned and sanitized. I paid 1500 dollars for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home to be deep cleaned as they quoted it. I was disappointed. They did come back but they did not do what they promised at all. The closest we're lightly cleaned. They did not clean the stairs at all which I specifically requested.

I still had to go around all the closets and remove cob webs and spiders. I had to go through The Whole house and re do it. I would not recommend this company at all. I used to clean houses for a living and it is hard work, however I paid for a service and they had 6 people on this job. I definitely felt like I got cheated.

We've been using Maid to Clean for decades now. We're usually at work when they show up, but it's always a treat when we see our team in person, since we've had some of the same team members for years & years. They're reliable and thorough, they took excellent precautions for the pandemic, and they use green products. It's always a fun to come home at the end of a long day and admire their work.

I recently hired Maid to Clean (MTC) for a deep clean of my townhouse style condo (1,500 square feet). This was the first professional cleaning after five years of remodeling projects along with the daily wear and tear of a dog and two cats. I was very impressed with how transparent MTC is on their pricing and they were over-communicative during the lead up to and on the day of the visit. Tatiana and her team took the time to introduce themselves and then set out one the four hour cleaning.

They delivered on their promise to do a very detailed cleaning! Appreciated the fact that they use pet-friendly cleaning solutions and that leave the home without an overly strong smell - just clean and fresh. It was a noticeable difference! Off to a great start and I plan to use them on a recurring basis.

We brought them in for a move-in clean and we're very happy! Easy to work with and schedule on the phone, 3-person crew showed up right on time with a heads up call before arrival, and worked extremely hard to get our new place sparkling. Highly recommend!

The Maid to Clean crew recently completed a top-to-bottom deep clean of our 2-level condo (2 bedroom, 1 bath). I could not have been more impressed! Everything was sparkling clean, and they didn't leave one speck of dust behind! They were professional, punctual, very responsive, and extremely easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend them for their wonderful work, and I would use them again for another cleaning job!

The 3 ladies who came to clean my apartment were so sweet and professional. After meeting them, I left my apartment to get out of their and when I returned, I was beyond impressed by the high level of care they took to clean everywhere. They were so thorough and paid attention to areas that I didn't even think were part of the service. My apartment was so clean and smelled so fresh that it felt like I was just moving in. I will definitely use Maid To Clean again!

Super reliable, very professional and efficient! I've used Maid To Clean on several occasions and they have always done a magnificent job. They left my home spotless and got every nook and cranny. Now I'm usually a very clean person and I constantly clean my house, but Maid To Clean went above and beyond. When I made the appointment, the person on the phone, I believe her name was Daily, was extremely helpful and professional. The ladies who work on my home are always pleasant as well. I would absolutely recommend Maid To Clean!

They are not cheap and do a superb job. They arrived three cleaning ladies for one hour and a half hour for my under 1000 sq ft apartment. They bring all supplies. It helps to know spanish.

We have worked with MTC for over 10 years and the teams have always provided exceptional service and attention to detail in cleaning the house generally; certain areas that may require special care is done well also. We have a dog and two cats and the team cooperates with us in making sure they are not disturbed by the every other week commotion, leaving one room as a "safe room" and then doing that last while we move the dog elsewhere.

They use environmentally safe cleaning projects so the house never has that "industrial chemical smell" that one encounters sometimes in office buildings. I am very happy to recommend and endorse Maid to Clean.

I've used many cleaning services during my 20+ years of living in the DC area and in all honesty, Maid To Clean is positively the best service I have ever experienced. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze online and the home office worked with me to get the appointment I preferred. The three ladies who came were very gracious and polite and really took their task to heart.

I had no idea they would clean some of the areas they did and I was surprised for days finding things that had been cleaned. My appointment was for a one-time deep cleaning but I was so pleased I have decided to bring them in on a regular basis. We initially hired MTC to clean our condo after a major renovation. They did such a beautiful job, we hired them several months later to clean our aging in-law's new condominium and again, they did an outstanding job. We would not necessarily consider the team they used as inexpensive, but never truer does the phrase "you get what you pay for" come to mind. We will use MTC regularly from this point forward.

We have trusted Maid to Clean for several years now. They are thorough and efficient and respectful of our home. We particularly like that the crew are all paid a living wage and have a chance for advancement. (And it definitely shows in the attitude and results we get from our crew!) On the very rare occasions we've had an issue, the response is always quick and satisfying. Very happy with this service!

Used Maid To Clean for move-out cleaning of 1000-ft condo in Old Town North. They charged $307.50 for 2.5 hr cleaning with 4-member crew. When I called to schedule, they estimated 2-3 hours (with a range in price) and this is right in the middle of that range. Overall, they did a pretty decent job. I am satisfied with the cleaning service provided.

Everything looks very clean, and I have 2 pets, so it was quite dirty going in. Thanks! They didn't get 5 stars because: -They were 15 min late to the appointment. I drove 1hr to be there at 7am, so I was a little annoyed that they didn't tell me they'd be late and give me more of my morning back. -They left the exterior door standing open when they left.

I had moved out so I didn't see this until the next day when I came back to drop off the key. So, back door wide open, A/C running, not good. When I told the manager about this in the follow-up phone call, she didn't seem to care. Apart from those aspects, I thought MTC did a good job.

Since we moved to the Alexandria neighborhood I have been using Maid to Clean. The ladies were so friendly and the service was always superb. I highly recommend this company. They are very flexible with our schedule and we are always happy with the cleaning services received. We were so sad when we moved because they do not serve in the Herndon/Ashburn area. We've used their service for our final move-out cleaning and they went above and beyond with helping us move items that our movers left behind and even took items out to the curb for trash. I, personally, was feeling so overwhelmed that day and had it not been for them we would not have been able to complete our final walk-through with our landlord the following day. Thank you so much for your service, Maid to Clean. You have a fantastic team of ladies and we turly miss you all.

Everything was just right. I was able to get a clear estimate over the phone for a move-out cleaning of my 2 BR 2 Bath 1,200 sq. ft. apartment. I was put on the work schedule with a credit card, and the appointment was confirmed by email. MTC was to call prior to arriving between 12 PM and 3 PM. They called around 11:30 AM and showed up at 12 PM. Three women cleaned the fairly dirty apartment in about 2 hours and did an excellent job. I would use MTC again.
