In 2016 we lost the man behind the vision of Sunshine Cleaning Systems, a devoted husband, father and community leader. His legacy remains, however, within each team member of Sunshine. We continue to preserve the values, integrity and focus on service he embedded into the fabric of the company. Prior to creating Sunshine, Larry was devoted to baseball. A member of the United States Baseball Team in the 1971 Pan American Games, he received one of the highest honors in making the All Pan American Team that year.

She's been President and CEO of Sunshine, a 100% Woman Owned Business, since 2015. Prior to Sunshine she was Senior VP of Operations for TEAM Software, an ERP Software leader in the janitorial and security market.

We took over the existing service agreement of Sunshine Cleaning from the previous owners of our building eight years ago and gladly kept them since then. From the management team to their housekeeping service and window cleaning team we have been well taken care of through the years. Everyone is professional, courteous, trustworthy, pleasant to work with and they have always been very accommodating to any special requests we have put upon them. My husband John & I have used Sunshine Cleaning for our home for years. I don't know of a more professional, joyful and thorough group of people. When they come out to our home, every part of their team is kind, quick and excellent. They do our windows inside and out, two stories to perfection as well as coordinate the pressure cleaning. In addition to that, we love their heart for the community.
Every year for the past 8, they have donated their time and staff to do all the clean-up for the Gridiron Grill-OFF, our non-profit Food & Wine Festival that feeds the needs of kids in crisis in South Florida. We HIGHLY recommend them for your home or business needs!

I've been using SunShine cleaning for years. Though I don't live on the beach I live near enough to it to get plenty of salt breezes which often tends to cloud my floor to ceiling length mirrors and windows which, when I've tried to clean them myself, worked out to be not less than a two day task plus for me a what resulted in more of streaked up mess after I finished than before I began.
Whenever I've called SunShine they've had a record of me, already know my charges in advance and have always had a good pleasant mannered work crew that has always been on time and effectively completed the task within less than half of the time it has taken other services, plus the fact that they have always done it right. For such cleaning tasks they have been for me as good as gets.

Sunshine cleaning cleans some of the area's most trafficked buildings and does a great job. Examples include the Ft. Lauderdale Airport, Young at Art, PBIA, Charlotte Airport and other big facilities. The company's owners and leadership are some of the best and do a lot in the community to support community-based non-profits and sports programs.
