Our Residential Service provide a complete cleaning service weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly with convenient cleaning schedules.

Services Report

Agreement: Your rate is based on an estimated time to clean, if you were given a flat rate for a Bi-weekly/ Monthly service and you stop the cleaning schedule and call "as needed" instead, you will then be charged at our hourly rate. Also if for any reason the home is NOT found in an "average" condition we reserve the right to bill for the extra time spent at our rate of $35/Hour/Person.

Reliable Twin Cleaning specializes in providing regular maid service and move-out cleaning within the corporate apartment industry. We currently clean between 25-50 corporate apartments each week for both individual companies and Minneapolis leaders in the corporate apartment industry. Our staff is also available for corporate apartment set-up cleaning, which includes unloading all boxes and putting away house wares, followed by a detailed maid service.
