The service employee they sent was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and an all-around lovely person. Everything was cleaned and left looking like new. Our only issue is not with the cleaner, but with the large discrepancy between what we were quoted over the phone and what the actual on site service quote was. On the phone to a customer rep I provided full details of the size/description of pieces and areas that needed service, and the quote over the phone vs the on site quote from the technician was a difference of over $300 (initial quote was $189 and day of quote was $500). They should offer a video tour or some sort of visual assistance so the quote is accurate and the next customer doesn't suffer from our sticker shock.

Vlad was amazing! We have a white cloth couch that was covered in pet stains and food stains. He cleaned the couch and it looks brand new! And the service was absolutely amazing as well.
