Corporate Building Services was established in 1954 in Chicago, and offered a new level of quality janitorial cleaning service. Because our excellent reputation grew and developed through the years, we expanded to Texas in 1982. We employ hundreds of dedicated workers, and they provide comprehensive cleaning of fine hotels and restaurants, schools, churches, food processing plants, event venues, health care facilities, manufacturing and warehouses and more throughout the state of Texas and Arizona.
At the helm since 2012, Sarah has worked diligently to provide cutting edge tools to keep CBS one step ahead of the competition. She encourages out of the box ideas to empower our workforce and to provide innovative solutions to our customers. With her background in finance and investments, she ensures CBS operates with a firm financial foundation to carry it into its third generation of family ownership.
Corporate Building Services is implementing the Dream Manager Program with all of its employees. The Dream Manager is a program founded by Mary and Tony Miller that inspires our employees to pursue their personal dreams. The program that originated at JANCOA inspired the New York Times best-selling book, The Dream Manager by Matthew Kelly.

Jesse and the rest of the staff were helpful and professional from start to finish. Communication was great and he was ALWAYS responsive in a timely manner. They were in the process of moving and remodeling when I first came in for the interview and set-up process; they have completed that and everything looks great. Jesse and the rest of the staff are AWESOME!
The company has made a great deal of adjustments overall to help credit to their success and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for employment. I graduated with my associates degree in December of 2019 moved and from a different state right before the pandemic of 2020, which ended up being a battle within itself, but everything worked out great.
I started with the company CBS partnered with in March as a temp and I was hired on full-time, permanently with the company in December! Thank you Jesse and CBS staffing. I'm forever grateful!
