Best Cleaners

This was a terrible experience for alterations. They never notified when it was ready until I called 4 weeks after I brought it there. Then I asked them to save fabric they cut off for the bride to use for the flower girls and they did not save any fabric. They also shrugged and said "there was nothing they could do for me". Terrible service. 10/10 would never go there again.

Had them freshen up some stuff, but I was highly impressed that they were able to remove the beer stain from my boyfriend's jacket. They also called back in less than a day, and were super friendly. I will definitely go back when I need another dry cleaning.

High cost for dry cleaning. Garment delivery service is nice and they offer some great first time deals. My shirt came back damaged with a missing button. They were able to fix it but it took over a week and I wasn't able to wear my planned outfit to the wedding. Service: Delivery

My favorite dry cleaner. It's always a quick in and out with a couple parking spots right in front. They are open early, and late. They also can fix some stitching problems like threads coming loose. The staff are always friendly and smiling.

Best dry cleaner I have ever experienced! And not to mention incredible customer service, convenient location with easy parking, and all of the services needed to care for all of my clothes, shoes, bedding, and vintage items. It's also a beautiful store with local goods and garment care products. Definitely worth checking out one of their many twin cities locations.

Sent in a silk bow blouse and a dress and they both came back snagged. The silk blouse has some minor but irreparable runs in the sleeves and on the back; they also safety pinned a little orange tag thing on the bow, which left a pin hole after it was removed. I've attached a photo of the dress (first wash/dry clean ever) to show snags along the inside of the zipper - that's not normal wear and tear.

I'll probably have to take a little needle and pull it back straight. The thing is - I like this business - I like their friendly smiles and their clean store front and the proximity to my condo in the North Loop. We go to them often for our suits and suit separates, and those come back fine. I thought long and hard about this review and gave them an extra star because of those things.

But for more delicate women's clothing - I just am very displeased. These are repeated issues over 2 different clothing drop offs (the first time I had assumed it was a fluke and didn't say anything). I'm not looking for looking some kind of refund or repair, because ultimately I don't know how any of that will make me return. I just don't trust this place not to damage my clothes in the future, and I spent too much money on my dry clean items to risk of further damage. August 4 Update - I just wanted to say that I appreciate the response from the owner.

Unfortunately with my silk items, it's just too much of a risk. Runs are almost impossible to repair, and the shirts run too costly. However, my household still brings in our drycleaning regularly - you guys do wool dress pants very well, and you hang them on the hanger perfectly so that they are smooth and crisp for several wears. Other places sometimes come back with a weird crinkle where it hangs on the hanger, but I've never had that problem here. I would recommend this place for suits.

I couldn't get to my normal tailor so brought in a suit and a pair of slacks to be tailored. I should have asked for an estimate. They were over $200, more than double everywhere else I've ever been. They did a decent job but not for 2x the price. I won't be going back.

They do very good work - dry cleaning is a bit expensive, but tailoring is precise. The employees are extremely friendly.

Always a fast turn around when requested. Can usually get a rush job no hassle. Overall, good service and quality cleaning.

I have brought a couple loads here, including a cleaning of my entire wardrobe after it was exposed to smoke, and have had nothing but quality service and quality end products. I make it a point to bring my clothes here even as I've moved around the cities.
