Called to get pricing on cleaning my sofa and was told that it was $87 for the size that I have. I asked specifically if there were any additional charges and was told "NO". I also told them that I was in a townhouse. meaning stairs. When the technician arrived, he said it would be $250. There was also the additional charge of $25 because it was upstairs. Again, I told them it was a townhouse with stairs. Very frustrated with people that can't be honest upfront and wasting my time.

It's in your best interest to specify stains you may have since they don't ask until they arrive. Quoted over the phone $115 and then the technician gets here and states $400. These people will just waist you're time. Extremely unprofessional and no customer service provided. I would not recommend this company to anyone for any reason.

The mold in my kitchen made me panic. Thankfully these amazing people came to my aid. They arrived at the scheduled time and got on with the mold remediation. In a few hours, I could see the visible change. They did a proper job. They eliminated the moisture source. I can expect permanent freedom from mold form now on.

Vlad was great and explained the whole process of cleaning my furniture. He examined my sofa and told me the best option to clean it properly. The cleaning was fast and efficient and I will Use them again. It was not too costly and I recommend cleaning your upholstery once a year. The cost was about $200
