This place is not worried about your time. This is the last time I will drop my machine off to get diagnosed and fixed. They don't call you back to give a update like they say they will. I dropped my machine off Monday and called just about everyday to make sure they were going to get to my machine within the couple days like they said. It's Friday afternoon and my machine hadn't move from when I left nor have they looked at it yet.
One guy helped me and I wish I knew his name. Because he cares. He tried to look at it himself then hee asked a mechanic which took 10mins to diagnose. To found out they need to order the part and I need it fixed by tomorrow. What a headache
