We founded Germicidal Maids House Cleaning with the goal of serving our community through diligent and ethical cleaning services. Operating in cities across Orange County, our business arose during the pandemic out of a desire to support workers and provide clients with trustworthy care. Our philosophy remains unchanged: fair compensation leads to excellent service.

Our team, which has steadily grown since 2015, includes 15 cleaners who are thoroughly screened and trained. Each of them earns a living wage, a cornerstone of our operational values. Michael is incredibly easy to contact and schedule with, as well as last minute changes to scheduling. Patty is AWESOME! I've never had a cleaner arrive with so many products and a mini-vacuum!

We had the initial (deep) cleaning done and it is PERFECT! Floors and nice and clean, couches look beautiful (we have a cat who likes to lay on our fabric couch. HAIR). I felt so bad because we had lots of dishes and pots in the sink (teen was suppose to do the dishes last night and forgot). Patty took care of everything! Excited to be a new Germicidal MAIDS client! Needed a deep cleaning of my finished cement floors in our garage conversion. I asked if the cleaning could be done with a strong disinfectant based cleaner. Germicidal Maids showed up with a special cement garage floor cleaning solution and proceeded to clean the floors by making four separate moppings. Floors were left spotless, and have a barefoot feel like glossed cement. Could not be happier; my expectations greatly exceeded. I wholeheartedly recommend their very fairly priced services.

Management communicates very well and checks in on quality. The Cleaner I have is very hard working and detailed. I have been with them for close to 3 months. I am very happy with my choice. I am on an every 2 week program with a 4 bedroom home. It has sure made my home life easier to manage and just feels nice to have the cleaning done so I can focus on other stuff at home and work. The Cleaner I have gets 10 plus on the stars but this only gives me 5.
