Eric called in advance to let me know he was arriving at the appointment time. He went through the house and asked questions about what I wanted and explained how he was going to keep the furniture up off the carpet while it dried. He promptly started and proceeded to make our dirty carpet look close to new. I really appreciated his hard work and how great the carpet looks.

Chem Dry came to my house to clean the carpet before my family arrived. We have an old dog with early onset dementia and she started becoming incontinent the week before they arrived so we desperately needed a cleaning. We had All Pro Chem Dry come clean our carpets in March 2024, and I really wish we had done it sooner! It was easy, reasonably priced, and they were able to get out all of our carpet stains (even dog stains that we thought would never come out). As dog owners, it was not possible for us to use a traditional carpet steamer that would take days to fully dry, and this carpet was mostly dry within a couple of hours and completely dry within 24. We will certainly use All Pro again when we are ready to have our carpets cleaned.

Fantastic! All Pro did a great job today removing dog oil from my carpet and dirt off my couch cushions. Eric was hard working and treated my home like it was his own. Last year I used Stanley Steamer and this year I used All Pro. All Pro is my company now. They were so much better than Stanley and great prices too!

Josh and Joe and the rest of the crew did a wonderful job. I was so lucky to find them 12 or so years ago. They introduced me to the carpet company Coventry and I was so happy they did they were also a really good company to use for the new carpet I purchased. Joe does such a great job cleaning the carpet for over 12 years. I always request him.

He was careful with our home, putting up corner guards everywhere it was needed. We had a lot of things for him to do (carpet cleaning, tile cleaning, furniture cleaning). Patrick was the technician. He was right on time. He gave me several options on services. This carpet is fifteen years old and he worked for an hour and a half and it looks almost new. I was very impressed with the All-Pro Chem-Dry procedures. The carpet was clean and dry in just a couple of hours. I have already recommended them to a couple of friends! All Pro did a great job of cleaning up the water from a commercial space after a fire sprinkler head broke and sprayed water everywhere. They got there pretty quickly, and did a great job keeping kept in contact with us regarding progress. We've also used them for carpet cleaning in the past and they did a great job there as well. Jedediah Cali the manager on our job was professional and caring. Carpet was stained badly by our dogs and they did a great job getting stain and odor out. Upholstery looks like new again. Joe and his helper were able to arrive earlier than scheduled (the office called the day prior and asked if that would be ok). Both Joe and his helper were professional, took great care with the house walls and doors. He showed us all the animal urine spots with a blacklight! When they were done the rooms had no more stale odor and the carpets looked brand new.
I even waited a few days to post this to make sure there was no dirt that rose back up to the surface (this has happened to me with other carpet cleaning services). I am very happy with Chem Dry and can recommend them highly.

I booked to have my sofa cleaned. They came out and stated the procedure to clean the cushions when they discovered the interior lining was ripped. He was absolutely wonderful in guiding me that its best I get them fixed first before he finishes. He was already here for a bit and I felt bad as I had no clue. But he was so very kind to guide me on the issue if he continued and we agreed to reschedule once I got the lining fixed. Was absolutely professional and patient.

I will use this place every single time. I have five houses that I own and they cleaned two of them last week. The carpets look SO much better! I thought that I could maybe get another two years out of the carpets at one of the houses, but after they cleaned them, I think I can get up to five more years! Don't use any other place. I used a different place for another house about 3 months ago and the carpets didn't even look different. That's what I get for taking the lowest price. You usually get what you pay for. Pay the extra $$ and get years more life out of your carpets!

Everything was great! Easy and quick appointment, fair quote and Dale was prompt and did an exceptional job! We have white carpet, two puppies and a grandma that spilled coffee! Need I say more, he took time to hit all the spots and make sure everything was clean! Even though a storm was coming in, he never rushed the job! I was truly impressed! Great Job Dale! We are very happy with how clean the carpet came out! Everything looks and smells clean too! Will call back and ask for Dale next year!

Amazing service! I called in a bit of an emergency at 8am, and there were three trucks deployed to my house by noon! My carpets and tile look so much better! They recommended appropriate services and were honest about services we didn't need and/or weren't worth the expense. I would call again without hesitation.

The service has been outstanding every time, from timely communication setting up appointments to great results cleaning the carpeting. My dog loves to track in dirt and mud from the back yard to the point I doubted the floor would ever look clean again, but it has turned out like new after each cleaning.

Great service, they were on time, worked quickly and thoroughly and did a great job. The carpets were dry in just a couple of hours, no heavy chemical smell and they look really good. They did an extra treatment on our basement stairs (our dog was sick and made a huge mess - I've never been able to totally get the smell out) and they are actually clean. We will definitely use them again.

Ive been using Chem Dry for carpet cleaning for about 16 years, in various cities in which I've lived. Chem Dry, as a company/franchise, has always provided fabulous service. All Pro Chem Dry is no exception. Amazing service, excellent quality work with lots of attention to detail, and super polite and courteous technicians. I've served up some pretty nasty carpet disasters (ranging from red nail polish to a dog poop disaster) and they've always been able to make my carpets look brand new again. Highly recommend All Pro Chem dry.
