Lived in Rochester for many years before moving to Florida, and this place was the best cleaner and the best service I ever experienced. The guy would personally deliver their famous spray carpet cleaner to my house. Just purchased a part-time condo back in Rochester and have booked them for grout cleaning. Wish they were in FL for my primary residence. Unparalleled experience.

Hauser was incredible! We called to hopefully get an appointment prior to selling our home and they were so easy to work with and get an appointment! Once they arrived, they walked through the home with us and checked for pet stains. They worked quickly and once done, the carpets looked amazing! They got stains out that other companies could not! Would highly recommend them to anyone even just to treat yourself with cleaned carpets!

Easy scheduling, affordable and excellent service. We moved into a new house and had all the wall to wall carpets/stairs cleaned and treated for pets. Hauser Chem-Dry does an excellent job every single time. Great customer service, great carpet cleaning! I love that it is safe for my children and pets. I love that they are willing to come out and spot clean or do an all over cleaning. Wax on your carpetnot a problem! Nail polish they get it out. My number one andninly suggestion for carpet cleaning!

Dave showed up a few minutes before the scheduled time and did an absolutely FANTASTIC job! We have a light blue leather couch that looks brand new now! Very happy that I hired them. It came out looking much better than I had expected! We will definitely have them back to clean our other leather furniture and carpets. Thank you Dave!
