I had a great experience with Lakeside Chem-Dry! Everything went spectacularly from the person who took my initial call to Mike, the technician who came out to clean my carpet! Both people I worked with were kind and very helpful! I recommend this company!

I've had Stanley Steemer in the past and was not happy. I took a chance with this company after seeing they were featured with Farm Bureau on Hall Road Brian Lane. I trust that insurance company and I figured if they Trust this cleaning company I felt I was going to be in good hands and I was. I had text Dawn after I saw a post with her and Ryan Lane's company she text me right back and she actually was able to get me in the very next day.

They called to let me know when they were going to be about 20 minutes out also called when they arrived super efficient I had the pleasure of meeting Mike and he has a wonderful personality. Aside from all that he did a fantastic job and even offered to move all the stuff back if I needed help with anything. From here on out they have my vote thank you so much.

Mike was so professional and completed his work in a timely manner. I am so pleased that I found this company. They help me keep up with my two Golden Retrievers mistakes on my dining area 5x7 area rug and my master bedroom carpet. All is now sanitized, smells clean and is thoroughly renewed. Two homes in two days. The first was an epidemic of area rugs and furniture, in addition to wall-to-wall in two bedrooms, hallway and two sets of stairs. The other was a cat smell problem in a bedroom and the remains of a small remodel in an office. In both cases Melissa and her assistants were outstanding. Pricing was fair. Results were above expectations. I will recommend them to others.

They went above and beyond, and deserve many more stars! My father had been bedridden in a room with white carpet for nine months- it was a disaster area! They worked very diligently, and I cant imagine that anyone could have obtained a better result. Also did a fabulous job on the sofa cushions!

We moved into a new house and needed our 2nd floor carpet cleaned. Making the appt was easy, Rachelle did a great job communicating with us about the upcoming appt and ETA via texts. She gave us a quote for the job after evaluating the space and what she felt was needed, and after we agreed, worked tirelessly for about 4 hours cleaning the upstairs.

Although we cant comment on the quality of the product yet since it was just done, our home smelled lemony fresh after she was done. Overall satisfied and would definitely use this company again.

Lakeside Chem-dry came out to remove pet urine stains from my apartment. From the start this business was very friendly, helpful and took the time to anwser all my questions! They were able to work with my schedule and come out in the evening which I appreciated so much! She did a very good job making sure to get all the urine spots with a urine treatment! Friendly and efficient!

Carpet is very clean, took a little long to dry, but after the second day it looks great!
