Our realtor recommemded Omar and his team. They provided excellent service and great communication. Omar scheduled us in right away to clean the carpets on our new home before we moved in our furnishings. The tech showed up right on time, gave us an affordable price up front, and offered some options. He was friendly and worked hard removing stains. The carpets look beautiful!

Great guys that really get the job done. Darren and Omar are fantastic at taking care of the customer. I have used them a few times, and it seems to get better every time. When something does come up, it is handled professionally and quickly. What's really nice, is that they are budget friendly so they give you a solid estimate to make things easier. They will make recommendations but ultimately it is up to you. If you are looking to get your carpets cleaned, this would be a place that I would highly recommended.

Omar helped us restore some very very smelly, cigarette smoke-infused persian rugs recently. He collected them from us, worked carefully and diligently to clean them, made sure to keep us informed when issues arose (pet urine stains p.u.), and returned them to us neatly rolled and ready to display. ChemDry is incredible! Darren called me about 15 minutes away and he hit the door running! The carpets look fresh, clean and ready for my 9 month old to crawl around on! We had a couple elderly dogs and cats that had bladder control issues. The spots, odor and foot traffic has disappeared! Darren had everything wrapped up so quickly, I barely had time for a nap! Thank you again for your incredible service! And give Darren a raise, he works way too hard!

Darren was.early. When is a contractor early?! He was professional, pleasant, got right on task for which I was grateful as I had a lot of painting to do after carpets dried. Carpets dried in 2 hours so I got an earlier than I estimated start on painting. He called me 20 minutes out from arriving at the condo. Even helped my husband lug up a bed in a box up a flight of stairs to boot! Wonderful business!

Highly recommend this company. They came to clean a sectional we bought that wreaked of disgusting pet odor. Jordan and another person (I dont remember your name, Im so sorry!) worked really hard and were very thorough. Jordan asked me to smell one of the cushions, and it still had a scent of pet odor on it. So they both re-cleaned many areas to get rid of the odor, which I extremely appreciate. After the work was officially done, the sectional smells SO MUCH better. Thank you so much! I really appreciate the detail and thoughtfulness.

This company and all of its employees are amazing! I have worked with this company exclusively since they came to the Tri-Cities area. They cleaned a vacant house that is to be sold. I haven't seen it, but everyone who has, reports to me that it looks great; it has been years since it was cleaned, and that was a standard cleaning without all if the extras! The door was supposed to be unlocked for them when they came to clean, but it wasn't. The man who I spoke with was very pleasant even though he had to wait nearly an hour for someone to let him in. Highly recommended this company.

My carpets were relatively clean as I have a high standard for keeping them from shoe traffic, food spills, and clutter. I really just expected a good result with a process I thought was interesting so that I could see their quality and standard of workmanship. What I returned home to see were a brightness in my carpets I never had seen before. Some areas of stains I couldn't remove myself from a dog with a chocolate incident were completely clean. My furniture was moved and the carpet cleaned under it as well. Amazing brilliant job!

Chem Dry of Tri Cities is by far the best outfit in town. I called last minute to schedule an appointment for a Saturday and they couldnt have been more helpful. The owner Omar made sure that we were taken care of on the day and time we needed and when his guys showed up they were very polite and professional. Not to mention our carpets look brand new. This was my first time using Chem-Dry of Tri-cities. Not only were they extremely prompt (next day), but they were equally efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. The machine used is so quiet and calming, which was a worrisome because my daughter was napping but it did not disturb her. I have not received such service in a long time.
