I was impressed with this service. Easy to make an appointment, the technician called ahead of arrival for an ETAwas on time, professional, courteous and didnt try to oversell add-ons. Our living room/dining room carpet had some pretty old stains so I wasnt sure if they would come out, or if they would wick up later. They DID come out and have not come back! I will definitely use Chem-Dry again!

He showed up on time and asked all the appropriate questions. They explained to me exactly what they could do for me and was in-and-out in less than an hour. The heavy duty areas where he had get a lot of pet stains out stayed damp for 10 hours just as he had told us. No lingering odor, will definitely use them again.

Called on a Wed/Thurs and was able to get an appointment the following week. I was quoted $305 for my entire second floor carpet to be cleaned (maybe 1000 sq ft, but they charge per room/area, not square footage) The technician arrived promptly on time for our appointment and he quoted me a little lower than what I was told so that was nice, but I ended up getting a sanitizer (GREAT for my allergies!) added to the cleaning as well for a total of $320. He was in and out in about an hour! Great service and I will be using them again for my downstairs area rugs when they need to be cleaned

Rob did a great job cleaning our office carpets. The carpets looked so much better plus he spayed a sanitizer on them. I asked for a call about 30 minutes before arrival and he was right on time. We will definitely use them again.

I had Chem-Dry come out and clean my mattresses. WOW! What a difference! I highly recommend having it done!

Chem- dry helped me out with some VERY bad cat urine damage to carpet. Working with them was a breeze they are nice, helpful and understanding. They came in and did the first treatment and the smell was so much better, although not completely removed. When I called to discuss this they didn't waste any time setting up another appointment to get someone out to me again.

The second time helped even more, although I have a nose like a hound and I can still pick up on the smell at times. I believe in the product if you're working with minor to mediocre stains/smells. For the real troubled areas (like mine) the product will make them 10 times better but not.perfect.

OMG! I love that the dirt and stains came out of my carpet and did not return! My carpet is old, but cannot replace yet. I am very pleased with this company. I will be having them here 2 to 3 times a year. I am recommending them to all my friends
