We are so impressed with the quality of the cleaning. We had a very badly stained wall to wall carpeting that now looks amazing and a couch we were ready to get rid of that now looks almost new. They were so responsive and came right on time. Not only was the service terrific but it was great to connect with a truly family run business. They were wonderful to work with - not only professional and skilled but so personable as well. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. I couldnt recommend them more. The cleaning was first rate - overall awesome experience!

Excellent results! Cleaned my microfiber living room furniture that gets a lot of use. The arms of furniture were heavily discolored and they look amazing! Dried quickly. Dave was absolutely awesome! He just left my house and my carpets and my couch look almost brand new! He helped with my dog's accidents and did an amazing job with that as well. Everything smells so crisp and clean. I am definitely going to set up annual cleanings with them. Excellent service and value for the money. Dave is very professional yet personable. We bought a new reclining couch and one of the cats decided to mark his territory multiple times. We called South Shore Dry Chem and got a quick response and appointment. Dave came out and immediately put as at ease that the horrible odor we thought was permanent, would be gone when he is done. He told us he would continue to retreat the area until the odor is gone no matter how long it takes. Fortunately for us, the initial few treatments did the trick! Dave is such a hardworking, likable guy, that we felt like wed known him forever! He is someone wed highly recommend to anyone that needs any type of cleaning job done. We are so grateful to Dave!

Dave and Karen at South Shore Chem-Dry saved the day for me after I completely botched up my daughter's (dry clean only) chair by trying to clean a stain using a "Pinterest remedy"! Not only did South Shore Chem-Dry remove the stain, they made it look brand new! So impressed with their knowledge and results!

South Shore Chem-Dry does fantastic work! They are always quick to schedule when I call and get out the worst of stains. Last time they came we had recently painted a room and got paint in a spot on brand new carpet. They got it out no problem. He even left us a bottle of magic spot removal which has been awesome for a house with 2 little kids and a dog. We love them and use them every year!

I have been a client of South Shore Chem-Dry for nearly 30 years. I won't consider using any other cleaner for my rugs. I've gone from wall to wall in my home to now numerous area rugs. The cleaning process has been the best with either type of floor covering. Through regular cleanings or emergency pet issues, Dave and Karen have always responded efficiently and professionally. We've been using South Shore Chem-Dry for the past 5? years. Dave and Karen have always been courteous and friendly on the phone and in person. Dave is very professional when he arrives, no time wasted and the job is always beautifully done. Even tough really grimy spots that I wasn't sure about look great when he's done. Dave just finished our den and I will call him for the living room once the wood burning season is over.he promises me something special to get rid of the wood stove ash that settles in the furniture! I know I can trust him that it will work!

I have been using South Shore Chem-Dry for 5 Years. We have extensive allergies and also have a Labrador Retriever. Throughout our home we have stair runners, wool carpeting, large area rugs and both low pile and "shag" wall to wall carpeting. Dave's attention to detail and his care in handling furniture is excellent. My home is clean and healthy because of the products used to maintain our carpeting.
