As always, I've had another great experience with Chem Dry. Ryan spent the morning with me doing my carpets, couch and love seat. I have pets and everything was in pretty bad shape. It's amazing the difference now that it's done! I did the pet treatment and deodorizer, it looks and smells great! Ryan was awesome, very polite and he went above and beyond to make sure I would be happy with the results. I'm a very happy customer!

We are so thankful and can finally breath thanks to CJ from Chem Dry. We had a bad cat problem and had tried everything under the sun to treat it (and the cat) at home but nothing worked. Paul called 20 minutes before our appointment, and then showed right on time. Paul and Ryan introduced themselves and ran down the requests of the services and the time it would take to complete them. after the work was done, Paul gave me the final instructions and they picked up their supplies and left. I had received the paid invoice within minutes by email. I am very happy with the whole process from making the appointment to the completed job.

Chem-Dry was AMAZING! I have a white carpet in my bedroom that got abused by my dog. Between his paw prints and multiple accidents I really needed a deep cleaning. The technician that came was great. He answered all my questions and offered solutions to my concerns. I absolutely recommend Chem-Dry and am anxious to have them back for a grout cleaning.

I love using Chem-Dry for my carpet care service. Joe did an amazing job on what I thought might be an impossible traffic stain, but we were amazed at the magic he performed! FANTASTIC SERVICE! I had an emergency due to a latex paint spill on my light grey carpet. The receptionist was extremely accommodating and gave me instructions on how to keep it damp while she reached out to any available technicians. The techs arrived within an hour and completely cleaned up my self-imposed mess! They even cleaned another unrelated problem area. Amazing! They were polite, professional, and took their time to ensure it was done right. I will definitely hire them for future jobs!

I am a first time costumer. I choose Chem-dry based on other positive reviews. I scheduled an appointment because Jim was so considerate over the phone. I was even able to get fit into John's (the Tech) schedule the next day! John was very polite and so sweet. My 12 year old carpet looks amazing! I highly recommend this business. My photo will not download. Trust me, I am a perfectionist. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE CLEANING ON MY CARPET AND AREA RUG!

Brendan thoroughly cleaned the carpets of our bedrooms, family room, formal living room, hallway and stairs. I must admit that during covid and after, I hadn't had the time to have it cleaned until yesterday. I give the guy credit for doing it all by himself and in a timely manner. We needed to have carpets in three rooms, stairs and a hallway cleaned. Chem-Dry was able to schedule us within a week of our request, arrived on time, clearly explained what they recommended as far as treatment for each area, and worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job. I will definitely use them in the future, and recommend them to friends and family.
